A rather crude yet effective method of Illusion that uses a the dull side of a bladed weapon. By applying a certain amount of chakra onto the blade and grinding it against a solid flat substance, the user is able to create a loud screech amplified with chakra. Through this amplified screech the chakra acts as a trigger capturing all who hear it inside a minor Genjutsu controlled by the caster. Normally used in cases of an escape Genjutsu, the jutsu's cast upon a target is rarely ever used to torment. Because the chakra is so focused on causing physical pain within the range it is used the secondary Genjutsu features are not strong enough to be molded to perform effective torture.
Oto harau 音を追 - Sound Dispelling

Requirement: Device or Instrument using a blowing method to create sound, Ototon element.
By applying chakra to the device of choice upon blowing into said device a strong sound too loud to be processed by the human brain is released. The sound waves do not travel very far than the range of the user but within it's travel the technique releases special sub-sounds within it's primary sound. These sounds target chakra placed into jutsu that leave the range of their caster. Once an enemy jutsu gets within range of the sound it will dispel all ninjutsu techniques lower than this technique's rank. In certain instances the trained technique will be able to dispel certain techniques one rank higher than this technique.
