Name: Hyouton Haryuu Mouko (Ice Release Destruction Dragon Fierce Tiger)

Description: Hyouton Haryuu Mouko is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Ice Element. After forming the needed handseals, an ice tiger will rise from the surrounding ice to strike out against its target. Its cold nature can freeze any nearby water, and its large mass can cause a large amount of damage when it impacts.

Description: By concentrating and forming ice around the users body, the user is capable of creating a decently durable armor of ice. It takes longer to cover the entirety of the body, and is normally used to cover a specific area of the body. The armor is only capable of blocking against projectiles and weapons of C-Rank and below. Since it is very weak, it is normally used in the case that the user is unable to perform a more effective jutsu in time, granting the user some form of defense with which to work with.

Description: Simple in its execution and purpose, Hyoukai Shoudou utilizes ice to momentarily heighten the offensive capabilities of the user. By concentrating and forming ice around any part of the users body, whether it be the fist, knee, or shin, the user will be able to strike once with the strength of hard ice behind it. Upon impact, the ice will shatter into miniscule pieces of ice, and dissipate in the wind. Thanks to the roughness of the ice, the attacks can tear at skin, causing some bleeding should it occur.

Description: By concentrating and creating ice, the user will conjure an ice arrow on top of his or her forearm. With a surge of chakra, the user will take aim and launch it towards a target. The arrow moves at a fairly fast rate, but is very predictable since it moves along a straight line, stopping only when it collides with another object. Upon contact, the arrow will shatter, embedding fragments of ice around the general area of contact. The shards cause pain to the user, as if glass was stuck within them.

Description: Makyou Hyoushou is a Ninjutsu technique unique to the Hyouton bloodline. After forming the necessary hand seals, nearby water forms long flat mirrors 360 degrees around the target. They then places themselves inside one of the mirrors. Once inside the mirror, they can then using the mirror reflections to confuse his target. Utilizing the reflections, they can then almost instantaneously move from one mirror to the other. Due to the speed, their target will appear to be moving in slow motion. Because of this they can then unleash numerous needles into their opponent with little difficulty. Keep in mind, this Jutsu can only be used for a certain number of posts.

Description: Sensatsu Suishou is a Ninjutsu technique unique to the Hyouton bloodline. To create the needles, the user forms the needed hand seals and then kicks water into the air with their foot. The water then rises into the air and takes the form of a thousand needles. These needles then come raining down on their target. The number of Senbon created varies on the Rank of the user.

Description: Hyourou no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique used by the Hyouton. After forming the needed handseals, the user will touch the ground, causing columns of ice to rise from the ground at their foe. If caught, the ice will rise up around her target and imprison them. They can also use this technique as a defensive measure, raising the ice to form a shield against incoming attacks. The Prison can withstand attacks up to a B-Rank.

Description: Hyouton Tsubame Fubuki is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Ice Element. The user will create ice swallows which they can launch at their opponent. As they fly through the air, these deadly birds can hone in on their target. A sufficiently hot enough counter can melt the ice swallows (C-Rank+).

Name: Hyouton - Hyoutaisou no Houkou - Ice Emperors Roar

Description: By concentrating and forming ice chakra within the lungs, the user is capable of producing an icy breath. It is released with a roar, and the wind chakra used to create the ice strengthens its volume, allowing for the shards of ice to fly at the opponent at rather quick speeds. The shards of ice have cutting properties, and can leave shallow wounds on the opponent.

Description: Hyouton Itsukaku Hakuegei is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Ice Element. After forming the needed handseals, a gigantic horned white whale made of ice will rise from the surrounding snow to come thundering down on an opponent, crushing them and the surrounding area under its large mass. However, even if this fails; once the whale has struck the ground, it will shatter, covering a large area with Ice for future attacks.

Description: By heavily concentrating, the user is capable of freezing the very water vapor around them, and causing a blizzard by manipulating the wind as well. The water vapor hardens into miniscule, yet sharp shards of ice that blow around the area at great speeds. The storm is capable of hindering an opponents movements, making it difficult to move by lowering the body temperature with the ice. For one post after an enemy was caught up in the blizzard, he or she will be slower due to their still decreased body temperature. Additionally, it can be used offensively as well, and when directed and focused around a target, the ice shards are capable of leaving shallow cuts on the opponent, causing sharp stinging pain where the ice had brushed by. However, its true strength lies in its defensive capabilities. When the storm is over, the ice will scatter in the winds, disappearing as if were never there to begin with.

Description: The user will start off the technique by extending one arm back, hand curled as if it were a claw. By concentrating large amounts of chakra, the user will create five icicles, three feet in length, and half a foot in width each. The user will swing the arm forward, which at the same time will cause the icicles to launch towards the target, flying at fast speeds. The icicles are as sharp as a blade, and are capable of piercing flesh and causing deep wounds, but cannot break bones. Additionally, they all collide at the center of the users focus, and are rather predictable, although powerful in terms of raw strength.

Description: By concentrating and forming ice around the hands, the user is capable of creating a pair of katars, conjuring a thin, yet durable blade of ice, around four feet in length from the users knuckles, and spanning a maximum width of the users own hand, growing narrower until it reaches the tip of the blade. The blades are capable of parrying weapons of A-Rank and lower, and are able to withstand up to B-Rank Kinjutsu fire. The katars last indefinitely once formed, but cost a small amount of chakra to maintain. Additionally, if part of it is broken, the user can expend chakra to repair the blades by forming ice to remake it.

Description: Hyouton Rouga Nadare is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Ice Element. After forming the needed handseals, an avalanche of snow will rain down towards the user's opponent. As the snow slides down, it will coalesce into large snow wolves. These wolves can follow the user's bidding and attack their opponent. A sufficiently powerful straight thrust can disrupt the wolves and return them to snow.

Name: Hyouton Kokuryuu Boufuusetsu (Ice Release Black Dragon Blizzard)

Description: Hyouton Kokuryuu Boufuusetsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Ice Element. After forming the needed handseals, the user will thrust their arm to send out a black ether-like dragon to strike his opponent. As it flies through the air it will begin to turn, when it hits the target it will use its motion to launch the opponent high into the air.

Name: Hyouton Souryuu Boufuusetsu (Ice Release Twin Dragon Blizzard)

Description: Hyouton Souryuu Boufuusetsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Ice Element. After forming the needed handseals, the user will thrust their arms to send out twin black ether-like dragons to strike his opponent. As they fly through the air they will begin to turn, creating a large dark tornado. Upon doing so, the tornado will suck up anything in its path, anything liftable within 50 feet.

Name: Ice Senbon
Type: Ninjutsu

Requirements: Hyouton, Water/Ice or this technique requires more Chakra.
Description: By stomping a foot onto water or ice, the user can create senbon or any ranged weapon that the user can use at his/her current rank. It only creates up to three at a time, and cannot be fired like in One Thousand Needles Of Death. They do float for either thirty seconds or until the user grabs them, whichever comes first. However, Chakra strings can be attached while they are in mid-air, if the appropriate Jutsu is known.

Name: Ice Chandelier
Type: Genjutsu- Visual

Requirements: Hyouton, must be C-Rank or higher
Description: This is probably one of the only, if not the only, Hyouton-oriented Genjutsu. The user first completes the handsigns while concentrating his Chakra. If the user's concentration is broken during the preparation, they must start over again. The preparation takes half a post. After that, the user must make eye contact with the intended target. Once caught, the opponent will see themselves in an ice-enclosed room, and then they will hear rustling above them, but they feel like they cannot move. A moment later, icicles will rain down on top of them, cutting through them in the Genjutsu. However, in reality, nothing will have happened, besides them possibly being too scared to continue to fight. If noticed before they hear the rustling, they can cancel the Genjutsu in any way, but once the rustling is heard, Kai will not work, nor will hurting yourself. Only an outside influence or Break or a Doujutsu skill will break it at that point. At any time during the Genjutsu, if the user is interrupted, the Jutsu will immediately dispel, no matter what point the Genjutsu is at. Also, the user must keep their eyes focused on the target, and any break in that at all will also break the Genjutsu.

Name: Ice-flake Creation Technique

Description: With a source of water that could range from the size to a large puddle to a small lake, the user places his hand on top of it and only freezes the very up most top layer. When he picks it up, it will look as a snowflake due to the Chakra expanding to freeze the water. Then the user has a choice to throw it as a weapon, or use it as a durable shield. The edges of the snowflake are sharp, and thin to the point where it is extremely sharp. When the user has a vast amount of water as a source, the maximum size of the ice-flake is 20 feet in diameter.

Name: Ice Mist jutsu

Description: This Jutsu acts much like Hidden Mist Jutsu, but instead of creating a mist to block vision, the user creates something to the effect of a contained blizzard, although the snow does not move. The user, to initiate it after performing the needed handsigns, will stomp their foot onto the used ice or water. Due to the bigger nature of the snow particles to the water particles, vision is decreased by even more than with Hidden Mist Jutsu.

Name: Icicle Sword
Type: Ninjutsu

Requirements: Hyouton bloodline
Description: This Jutsu uses the Hyouton's unique Chakra and focuses it out from the hand, creating a type of icicle-blade. This blade cannot be melted except by a C-Rank (Kin) Fire Jutsu or higher, or a B-Rank (Kin) lightning Jutsu, though it can break with a moderate amount amount of force applied to hitting the creating icicle blade. The Hyouton member concentrates for as long as he wants the weapon. However, it can't extend over fifteen inches. It cannot be shorter than three inches. This is for bladed weapons, and cannot be made into any ranged weapon. The weapon can only be a weapon of a rank the user can use normally.

Name: Demon Snow Shruiken
Type: Ninjutsu

Requirements: Hyouton Bloodline
Description: A Shuriken is grabbed, much like in Demon Wind Shuriken, and opened similarly. However, the user charges their Chakra into the weapon before throwing it. When it is thrown, the spin will fire out hardened snow, and some sharpened ice. It can be used for laying a lot of ice quickly for using more Jutsu, or it can be used offensively as well.

Name: Ice Flight
Type: Ninjutsu

Description: This Jutsu is not like flight, really, despite the name. What the user does, instead, is create a stream of ice Chakra in front of them, creating a sort-of bridge that the user slides across. Once the ice is slid across, the ice falls apart and melts. The user can stop and start the stream whenever, but since it's a constant Chakra drain, it can only be used for the following amount of posts per thread:

Also, when leaving a thread, you gain back two posts of being able to use this Jutsu, but the amount you can use this cannot go over the amounts above. Also, due to concentrating Chakra to make the slide, the user cannot use any other Jutsu while this is in motion.

Name: Ice Needles

Description: This Jutsu focuses the Hyouton's ability to create ice into their hand, and presses it outward into sharp icicles. These are as easy to break as normal icicles, but can pierce through steel up to five centimeters thick, but they will be stopped in it. The needles themselves are three inches long, and five centimeters wide at the widest point. The amount of needles created is as follows, based on rank:

The needles fan out in an an arc, so they don't all reach their target unless the user is close to the target.

Name: Blizzard White-Out
Type: Ninjutsu

Requirements: Hyouton, source of water / ice
Description: This Jutsu uses up an amount of ice equal to three lower ranked ice Jutsu. This Jutsu whips up a blizzard around the user, in a 15 meter diameter. The temperature in this area drops to below freezing, creating a discomfort effect for anyone not used to the cold. Also, anyone inside the blizzard will be subject to battering winds and snow, like in a real blizzard. However, this Jutsu only lasts for three posts, and the Shinobi using it does not have to maintain concentration to keep it in effect.

Name: Hyou Bunshin no Jutsu (Ice Clone Technique)

Description: This is a highly-advanced version of the original Bunshin Jutsu. It requires one to have the Hyouton (Ice) Bloodline, and at least a medium supply of water in order to use. Using the Ram Handsign, the user concentrates their Chakra to mold a Clone of themself made completely of ice. Because it's made up of ice, it's very hard to destroy by normal means. These clones are very strong and are almost as hard to take down as the original user. This jutsu is one of the few that can travel freely.

Name: Ice Shield
Type: Ninjutsu

Requirements: Hyouton, source of Ice/water
Description: This Jutsu creates a shield of ice around the user in a dome shape. This will stop any Taijutsu attacks of lower than A-rank and Ninjutsu of A-rank or lower, unless it is a fire-type Jutsu. This shield will only stop B-Rank fire Jutsu and lower, otherwise the shield will melt. Also, this shield blocks most sound from getting through, and breaks eye contact, so many Genjutsu will not work either. This will last for as long as it is not broken, though the user can cancel the shield at any time, in which case it'll appear to crumble. It is only big enough for two people to fit in, and a grown man will have to crouch to fit in it. Also, the user can determine how much of the dome is made as well. Also, the user cannot see anything going on outside unless they have a Jutsu that allows them otherwise, and not hearing can go both ways. The earth underneath is just as vulnerable as it would be normally.

Name: Ice Shield Explosion

Description: This Jutsu requires an Ice Shield to have been made. Once the user has the ice shield created, several handsigns are needed, and the shield will begin to make cracks, but won't crumble. A moment later, the pieces will shoot off of the shield in sharpened chunks capable of cutting into skin at a medium depth. This Jutsu can also spread ice around to be used for more Jutsu once more.

Name: Hyouton Hakuryu Kaiten (Ice Release White Dragon Spiral)
Type: Ninjutsu/Taijutsu
Rank: S
Requirements: Hyouton
Description: By quickly rotating his body, the practitioner uses centripetal force as well as friction created from the momentum of centripetal force along with his own natural wind Chakra to create a whirlwind around him and raise moisture into the air directly around the spiral and creating frost that envelopes into thick ice. Small projectiles such as Shuriken and Kunai can be blown away by the spiral and the combination of rotation and ice can absorb up to B-Rank Jutsu, however it only absorbs roughly a third of the damage and force from an A-Rank Jutsu. In addition, the practitioner can halt the rotation and use the ice and wind Chakra to create a mesh of armor protecting most of his body which can absorb even up to A-Rank Jutsu, however this only lasts for two turns before dissolving and melting away.
