Requirements: A bladed weapon.
Description: A simple technique that allows the user to perform with their weapons with a much higher output of power. This jutsu requires no hand seals, instead requiring the bladed weapon to be in hand at the time of activation. When this is done the blade will extend by ¼ of its total amount and be immersed in lightning chakra, which will buzz, and spark around the weapon. This jutsu costs almost no chakra to maintain after activation instead causing a small drain as long as the weapon is within the hand of the user.

Description: A jutsu that requires no hand seals to perform it will instead require lightning/lightning based chakra to be present within the area. This jutsu allows for one to have a sense of control over the lightning they are touching allowing them to manipulate and move the lightning about freely so long as the spark stays active, and the user can control said lightning. This can only though at max be done for two posts straight without the user beginning to suffer from shock themselves. This doesn't work on jutsu of the users same rank and to control others jutsu it will take x3 the chakra cost.

Description: A jutsu that requires but a few hand seals to perform. It is a technique that creates a small amount of lightning in the focused spot that the user desires. This spark is strong enough to be equal to the charge of anywhere between a light bulb, or a defibrillator. This jutsu will not work on another, but may work on themselves.
Name: Kengan no yaiba (Manifestation of blades)

Description: A jutsu that is simple in nature, and perhaps one of the most useful jutsu ever created for the purpose of armed combat. It is a jutsu that requires no hand seals instead the user will have chakra flow out into the ground below them allowing them to summon bladed weapons up to half their body length in size. This includes the width, and height. These weapons can be summoned in mass however the total cannot exceed the conditions above, and every weapon summoned will count against this total per usage of this jutsu.

Description: A simple jutsu that allows the user of which to send via movements within their body small pulses of lightning out. These pulses max out at a range of ten feet, but can be made smaller depending on what the user needs them to accomplish. These pulses cause slight numbing in addition to the shock that comes with lightning, and are most useful to catch opponents off guard during hand to hand combat, or to make it easier to elude close pursuers.

Description: A jutsu that creates a eel like construct from the users chakra from the tip of their hand, that will shoot out a length equal to their arms own. This eel has the ability to move on its own, or under the control of the users own will, and will remain as long as the user can expend chakra into the jutsu. The downside to this jutsu is that the eel is only fast as the user, and will disappear if hit by an attack.
