Description: This special ability grants the user a 40% boost in chakra control when using medical ninjutsu. Being that certain medical ninja are able to claim the Medical Devastation Art this ability is able to greatly assist in certain jutsu. A secondary ability given by this Kekkei Genkai will enable the medic to decipher points of weakness on a damaged or lightly damaged enemy, in addition to this the user is granted the ability to use their chakra as a life source for dead corpses. With their chakra they are able to revitalize pulses as heartbeats of the corpse however their chakra gives them complete manipulative control over the body. Shinobi revived however are unable perform jutsu of their own and may only act as supplementary puppets to the user's will (this can be altered by jutsu). This ability is able to grant the medic the Taijutsu prowess treating them as though they have a skill in being a Taijutsu Secondary user, without granting them the ability to learn styles and jutsu accordingly.

Description:Through the course of history it has been documented that Medical Ninja are key ton increasing a mission success rate. Due to this fact, the Medical Ninja became a mandatory position in advanced Shinobi squads. Still as good as this may be, Medical Ninja are not versed in combat arts making them relatively weak if attacked. This if not anything would reduce the success of a mission being that the Shinobi would not only need to watch their own backs but also keep the Medic safe as they try to effectively complete the mission. Through much consideration and training however some villages found the answer to this weakness.
Being that the Ninja selected to be medics are generally skilled at chakra control and tend to have more focus in terms of molding, producing and even combining chakra. Some villages decided to implement Taijutsu fighting to better enhance the survival rates of these ninja. If trained in healing combat arts the shinobi is not only capable of supporting the team in terms of medical needs but also able to assist in fighting if needed providing more manpower. These selective few ninja were also trained in specialized Ninjutsu that made use of their vast knowledge of the weak and strong parts of the human body, their healing techniques and items were also modified. The Ninja that was expected to be created through these means were placed with the task of being healer,support and executioners on missions.
The Medical ninja of this caliber began holding such influence later on, that they were assigned in their own personal 2 man team. Not many ninja are known to have this special training however the few that remain are mainly scattered among the Land of Wind and Land of Water. Training in this art takes dedication and advanced chakra control as well as chakra manipulation and influence, most never mast the techniques within this style as they are known to be quite lethal and helpful. Being that medical ninja have the most advanced chakra control however, the users of this style are trained to be so close to perfection with their jutsu and arts that there is little room for flaw.

Description:A technique that requires much skill to perform. By setting a trace target the shinobi using this technique is able to apply chakra to their eyes giving them a temporary thermal reading of the targets chakra. The eyes are forced to not only see the chakra level within the human body, but the reserves and changes that it can take on (changes being elements). Through this reading a user is able to see even hidden or sealed reserves of chakra helping them verify what would need to be worked with or targeted. When pertaining to teammates reading their chakra allows the user to check how close the user is to chakra depletion.

Description:An ability learned through training. Once the user would be performing any healing related technique, the chakra control of the user is doubled allowing for a faster and more effective healing process. Description: By applying a light invisible surface of chakra onto the surfaced locations eg: blades of hand, shin, blades of feet. The user is able to begin a hand to hand style of fighting that is extremely effective upon contact to the opponent. The attacks are not focused on doing damage through skillful martial arts however use the attacks as a source of entry for the light chakra that they place on their body. If the user chooses to apply themselves by sending a kicking strike to the legs of the opponent the chakra will instantly upon contact move into their leg muscles eradicating the strength in the Quadriceps and Tibialis tendons. Because of this opponent is forced into a falling motion in which the user or user's comrades are able to attack and successfully assault a person in a weakened state. The attacks can be used through hands in which the user is able to strike the chest of the opponent. Upon contact the chakra will move into the opponent's chest causing slow deterioration of the pectoralis major. Because of this all strikes to the opponents chest region will be 4x as effective due to lack of strength behind the muscles. These effects are curable by Ijutsu however is not treated while in mid battle can become fatal for the target.

Description: A technique capable of unlocking the inner potential of the person touched by this ability. By the user applying an strong small, yet concentrated amount of chakra onto their index and middle fingertips the user will proceed to tap their target on the side of their head. Unbeknown to the target however the chakra will seep through their flesh into their head affecting their brain. The concentrated chakra that was transferred will meet with the chakra network port at the temporal lobe of the brain tapping into the Kaimon 開門 (Gate of Opening) of the the chakra network lines. like an activation through sheer will the Kaimon will release the brains restrains on the muscles granting an increase in movement and strength as well as endurance by 30%. The chakra used in the flow of disruption to the network will only trigger a slight amount of chakra to be released through restraints which is what causes the increases. The gate for that matter however is not opened, however with a chakra reserve increase by 10% as well as the 30% in natural physical prowess, the target is gifted with tremendous strength and endurance enabling them to perform feats they normally could not. The effects of this disruption will last the target 4 posts before releasing and completely sealing the gate again returning their limits to normal.

Description:A technique of complete skill as the user will use their own chakra to halt the flow of another chakra source. The user of this technique will get within a close range of the opponent placing a visible amount of chakra into their palm striking the chest of the opponent. The contact will act as the start of the jutsu as the chakra on the hand of the user will have entered the body of the opponent only moving as far as their chakra network. Each of the tenketsu nodes on the chakra circulatory system's chest region will be effected as the user's chakra acts like a barricade to the chakra flow that is natrual to the user. Because of this the user's jutsu concoction is placed at a temporary halt, the chakra will not be able to conduct with the tenketsu properly for a maximum of 4 posts, within this time jutsu are unavailable to the opponent. Since the body of the opponent has more chakra than the amount implanted into their chest by the user, this is as long as the jutsu blockage is able to hold until the user's chakra is over powered.

Description: Through a brief one turn post of concentration the user is able to concentrate their chakra to create a teal colored aura around their body that reacts in a way to change functions in the DNA. The human body is known to have a coded recovery rate for certain degrees of damage taken, through the influence of Ijutsu however this coding is able to be slightly altered to increase the speed and effectiveness however because normal Ijutsu take time to heal external/interal damage it requires the user to be stationary. The aura created temporarily rewrites the genetic structure of recovery in the body causing near instantaneous regeneration of dead cells in the body so long as the aura is surrounding the user of this technique. For a maximum of 4 posts the user of this technique is able to instantly recover from damage without the need of them being stationary to focus on healing, chakra is also replenished within the posts at a rate of 20% per post. Upon the 4th post the aura will release and wounds all externally will be healed to 100%. Because the user is able to be mobile with the healing is taking place, internal wounds are not able to be focused upon and therefore cannot be healed.

Description: Another technique involving the placement of a powerful output of chakra focused on the index and middle fingertips. In this technique the user will find a way to stealthily get behind their target and tap the back of their head near the beginning of the spine. The chakra of the user will enter the targets body and conduct a ruse of damage to be processed along the myelinated fiber tracts that send signals from the brain to different body parts. The damage is merely a ruse for the mind as the parietal lobe of the brain will go under the assumption that damage is done to the nerve cords causing the a temporary halt in signals and thus motions of the body. The paralysis is able to give the users a direct advantage in terms of execution or capture, the effects of the paralysis will last a total of 4 posts, within this time the user is advised to take the necessary precautions to insure restraints on their targets for when the effects wear off.

This technique is a very useful ability only usable by exceptional Shinobi. It allows the user to offer a great portion of their chakra into a special mark that will appear on their body when the respective hand seals are set into place. The ninja's body will naturally restore chakra once the person is well rested so this technique can be used on numerous times on numerous occasions. It is completely up to the user how much of their own chakra is offered to the mark and the mark has no limit on how much chakra can be stored in it. When the user releases the mark all the chakra stored within the mark will be rushed through the user all at once creating a extra wave of chakra reserves. These reserves will last a maximum of 5 posts and are capable of allowing the user to perform high caliber chakra draining jutsu's without fail or fatigue, instantly heal wounds or severed body tissues to completely revive a person mid fight or provide additional support in tai,nin or genjutsu abilities. When the seal is worn off the user's natural chakra is left near depletion since the jutsu fuses the stored chakra with normal chakra and uses them both at the same time.

A very accurate technique that uses the same precision and control found in the Chakra Scalpel technique. The chakra is formed at the base of one's hand sending off a visible stream of chakra that is about 4 feet in length. This newly released energy from chakra is capable of slashing through flesh of a human body without leaving and opened wounds, the muscles and internal anatomy of the slashed traget will be torn in the same motion it was slashed. The cuts inflicted by this technique presents a high chance of internal bleeding to the targets of impact making this a weapon of execution rather than tool of surgery. Unlike the Chakra Scalpel however using this technique will more than likely present a high chance of fatal injury if used accurately.

A dark Ninjutsu technique where a user is able to call upon a few favored corpses sent into storage by the Corpse Summoning Scroll. By opening the scroll the user as able to summon as many corpses as stored within the scroll to aid them in battle, however this unique technique will automatically grant each corpse an exact replication of the user's chakra system allowing them to fight and receive blows without falling back to their natural state. The corpse do not change from their original look however will take on a more pale lifeless color other than their own. Each of these revived corpse - since granted a replica of the summoner's chakra network- is able to use any jutsu in the capability of it's summoner at will. The Corpses are unable to perform summonings and Kinjutsu of their own however each summoning is granted every technique including jutsu granted by said user's fighting style (if possessed). This technique corpse(s) are able to remain active for a duration of 10 posts however after this the jutsu can only be used again from the following thread. Because they are corpses the body's attack mentality will not differ due to severed or damaged limbs, this corpses are unable to have the chakra beaten out of them by normal means however can be deactivated by halting the Tenketsu points within the chakra network. If any corpse would be rendered incapacitated at any point they would vanish instantly returning to the scroll unless completely destroyed.

A technique where after the respective hand seals are made, chakra kneaded inside the body is converted into fire, and expelled from the mouth in a massive orb of roaring flame. The fireball is normally blown through a ring made by the thumb and index finger of the user.

A highly advanced technique in which the user is able to transfer a portion of chakra into a lifeless corpse. Chakra will motion through the dead body's cells and temporarily activate them as the majority of the chakra is used to grant the heart the ability to beat once more. If the corpse is decayed enough to the point where the heart would have already deteriorated, the chakra will act as a heart for the corpse. The corpse(s) revived are treated as mindless puppets of the user of this technique as they have no free will and act only upon the will of the caster. The memories fighting patterns or jutsu that said corpse(s) had in their life are inactive upon the revival of the corpse. A user is able to revive up to 2 corpses at a time with skilled users being able to access up to 4. At any point the user is able to dispel the jutsu as well as the corpses are able to have the chakra beaten out of them thus returning them to their original state of decease. Being that they are merely corpses, severing body parts of the revived corpse will not stop them from trying to attack.

This medical technique forms one's chakra into a small, sharp blade. This can then be used for highly accurate incisions necessary for surgeries and anatomical dissections. Unlike regular scalpels, the Chakra Scalpel can actually make cuts inside the body without actually creating an open wound, limiting the risks of an infection.The Chakra Scalpel can also be used offensively, although it requires great precision to be effective. Because of this requirement, using the Chakra Scalpel offensively is highly unusual. In heated combat, even the greatest medical-nin won't be able to exert the precision needed to make fatal cuts, but it can still effectively cut muscle tissues and tendons, rendering the target immobile.

A technique in which a user concentrates chakra at a certain point of the body starting the cell recreation process before the body part is even damaged. Because of the added cells to the desired point the user is able to take damage in said spot causing the extra cells to act as a shield damaging themselves due to the attack. The more chakra concentrated the more cells are added. Although the damage the extra cells receive is still real and thus still do damage, the amount of extra cells in place cause the user not to feel pain despite the damage done to them in that area.

By using an strong amount of chakra a user of this technique is able to create a wall of darkness ranging from 50 meters around their opponent. While the darkness is in effect the caster remains undetectable by their opponents and all outside of the wall. Shinobi are able to use their presence concealment to perform techniques that may need time to prepare.

Chiyu ryouiki no Jutsu - Healing Sphere Technique

This technique, once the appropriate hand seals are performed will create a teal colored sphere of chakra in the hands of the user. The sphere is able to be passed along to others as they are fully capable of being able to hold it. The ability of this technique activates when a user places the sphere into their mouth swallowing it. Once swallowed the sphere is able to replenish 20% of damage done internally and externally as well as re-energize a person's chakra. This technique is able to mimic a ball as it can be thrown to a comrade if the medical ninja is unable to reach to a person. However because of it's concentrated form anyone is able to touch and use it's power so it is wise to insure that it reaches it's destination.

This technique is used in Ijutsu and can serve in surgery as well as be an asset of Ninjutsu. By applying a light amount of chakra to Senbon the user is able to place (or throw) the Senbon to their target. The chakra within the Senbon will act as trackers searching the person for certain Tenketsu points that can cause complete immobilization in the body. It does not harm the person however renders unable to move until the Senbon are removed, the Senbon can be thrown at one point or different areas to insure a complete lockdown. Any Tenketsu locked by the Senbon will insure no signals will be sent to the body part, skilled shinobi are able to exploit an opponents blind spot and send numerous Senbon at different points. The feeling of the Senbon connecting is light to none so an unsuspecting target will not know what happened to them until after it's effects take place. Movement is possible if the Senbon are removed from the person as it is not hard for this to be done, the Senbon are widely noticeable if seen when thrown making them also easy to dodge.

Background:In the midst of the great turmoil following the death of the great Hokage Naruto a large boom in baby births resulted in the ongoing search for a great Shinobi to take up the mantle Naruto left behind him. It wasn't just the Konohagakure resident's on the hunt though, every great nation across the globe wanted to have one of their own achieve such a golden standard, and thus the dawn of what is now known as the 'Golden Children' (or Golden Age/Golden Generation). During this time a family of great renown within Sunagakure held great hopes for their new baby daughter, Rumi Shiga. The Shiga family had spent many years trying to conceive the child and to be honest had small amounts of disappointment with the result being female, Rumi's father Demoi had always wanted a son to continue his legacy as a Hunter-nin, but with the daughter's birth he began losing faith, even giving up his position as a ninja. The depression hit the Shiga household very hard, and Rumi's mother was forced to work as a Shopkeeper for the local and inspiring puppet shopkeeper Otaki. Her position brought the family enough money to eat and have a place in the village, but it never made enough to allow the growing child to pursue any early form of training for her expected life as a Shinobi. Rumi's life as a child was filled with disappointment, her role soon became that of the housekeeper, cleaning up after her now drunkard of a father, and trying to keep things neat enough that her overworked mother never had any chores to do when she arrived home from work, other families in the village could see the struggles, but we're busy themselves defending the village in the great disaster of war that resulted after the last generation's great protectors such as Kazekage Gaara vanished into death. Otaki was kind enough to keep Rumi's mother working overtime for the cash-flow, but as her father began taking up some even worse habits than alcohol the family budget began to again plummet to that of the negative brackets, it was soon after this that Rumi's mother left Demoi, telling him that she couldn't keep up with his negative plummet, she took Rumi and moved into a small room above Otaki's shop, wishing Demoi the best.
Demoi died two weeks later from overdose, but the official records left his cause of death unknown to keep spirits up within the village.
Rumi was to young to understand the severity of what had occurred, but old enough to mourn her fathers loss greatly, she was upset for sometime, even entering the Shinobi Academy with a frown on her face. They say her frown remained in its position on her face right up until her chunin years. During the academy Rumi did very well when it came to the methods of Chakra control, but her Ninjutsu seemed to be slacking very much, she tried very hard to appease the spirit of her deceased father, but never managed to come to the great potential he desired... within her current position at least. After graduation Rumi was assigned a team, and took the role of Medical-nin, using her great talent for chakra control to make up for the lack of offensive capabilities she had. It was on this team she met the heart throbbing, jaw-dropping, intensely handsome and skilled Shinobi 'Jin'. Jin was already prospected as a possible chunin upon his academy graduation and was the most likely to become great of their entire generation, she fell for him like stones from the top of a great mountain, and using what charm she had managed to woo the boy slightly. You see Jin knew he was all that, and really wanted to become great, having a relationship would only truly serve to stall him in his advancements. After much tribulation and the lucky 'early development' of Rumi he stood no chances of resistance anymore, and soon they became the biggest couple in Sunagakure since Temari (Non-related sister of Kazekage Gaara) and the bastard Konoha-nin Nara Shikimaru. She was a great distraction to him, but as her their relationship proceeded she began changing from the solemn and sad girl that she was into a much happier woman. Their team was the first of the generation to pass the Chunin exams as an entire unit, unforgettably the third died during the exams, leaving them a duo of Chunin, preforming missions as such.
Jin and Rumi we're out on a mission when her mother passed away from a sudden illness, it was painful upon return, but Jin's comforting managed to keep Rumi's personality from changing to greatly.
It was at this point Rumi thanked Otaki for his kindness towards her family and moved out, paying for a residence with Jin. The couple we're quite happy and as they proceeded to continue in pursuit of high ranked missions they're fame within the village grew higher and higher, it was at this time they took a daring S-Ranked mission, to escort a criminal of war back to his home village of Iwagakure, the reason being for danger was that, the villages were still waring, and this was part of a trade, Shinobi for Shinobi, neither side trusted the other to be faithful to the agreement. But Iwagakure planned for a much bigger confrontation than Sunagakure, and instead of a two-man cell their was a small arming awaiting the duo as they approached the gates, completely at the opponents mercy the two tried to resolve without conflict, saying they came only as escorts to 'protect' the captive, and with a kunai pointed to his back, he agreed post haste. It was enough to buy them some time to run with their newly released comrade, but not enough to stall the other captive from informing the army of his false confession, the chase was on. The captive was the first to go, caught in the back by a whirling demon shuriken his lower torso fell along the mountains path they had been running through. In the confusion the duo stopped, not knowing if they could flee or not, and prepared to fight, even sharing a last passionate kiss. The fight was very intense, Jin's power proved to be of great match to an entire army of Iwagakure-nin, and with the support of his faithful partner it seemed they had a chance in winning, as a matter of fact they did win, bodies everywhere and two exhausted Shinobi panting heavily was to be the final scene in the fight, except for a cowardly ninja whom had waited on the sidelines until the battle ended to join in. Not a weakling in the slightest the Ninja charged and managed to immediately catch Jin's stomach with a katana, piercing completely through, this caused the Shinobi great pride after watching the battle and realizing Rumi was most likely no threat. The attacker ignored Rumi so much he continued hacking and slashing and stabbing at Jin, trying to make sure the dying ninja died. Out of frustration Rumi charged a counter-attack, using Taijutsu training her and Jin had done together to take out the ninja with surprise, ending his life with a snapped neck, she would rush to Jins side, but it was too late, he died smiling and holding her hand,
"Never lose your smile".
When Rumi returned she told the elders what had happened, and was promoted to Jounin, although she left out a minor detail... Rumi couldn't let Jin go, she just couldn't leave his body there for the Iwa-nin to toy with, so she did something drastic.. Rumi developed a jutsu out of desperation to preserve his body... and in fact manipulate it slightly, turning him into a mindless puppet of sorts. With the jutsu's success she didn't stop, and as punishment turned the Iwa attacker into one as well, constantly trashing and beating the body on the return trip, only to have it preserved and healed for more abuse, it was the best way she could relieve her stress, no matter how twisted it was.
Rumi spent the next few years of her life as a Bounty-hunter working outside the village, during which time she found a third body for her new techniques arsenal, although she'll never admit the technique to the village, and tries to keep it hidden from their prying eyes and ears. Now retuning to the village Rumi has become much more of a woman than ever, drinking now, although less than her father ever had, and still smiling, just like he would have wanted. | |
