Learning Jutsu
Alright now one of the first things if you are a grinder like many of us are, is to go out, and learn some jutsu for your character. Now here on NAS we have a few rules when learning jutsu, depending upon your rank you can have several different levels of jutsu. There is no limit on the number of jutsu you may learn as the human /whatever the hell you are, has the ability to learn many things, and limiting the amount of jutsu you may learn is silly in concept anyhow. You are limit however in the highest rank of jutsu you may know based on your rank. This along with the number of posts you need to learn a jutsu is stated below in the following way:
Jutsu Mastery: Some jutsu you come across will have whats known as a mastery condition. These jutsu can be trained once you have already learned them to increase in power. Some jutsu may have a different condition for the upgrade, this is just the standard.

In order to learn a jutsu you need to make the number of posts needed, and them being about in some way in the thread about jutsu being learned. You may also learn jutsu upon missions/anything so long as it makes some form of sense before you leave the thread.
You may not learn jutsu during combat, unless both players agree/or it is a spar of some sort, the reason being that it is far too easy to god mode learning a move during a fight, which in turn can, and will screw someone over.
For terms of Kinjutsu they are the same as learning normal jutsu, except you need admin/moderator permission.
For the purposes of learning/having jutsu, the Basic's do not count against your total, and you start off with
all of the basic jutsu no matter your rank when starting.
Basics
Every ninja starts off with 5 jutsu. These 5 are Henge, Kawarimi, Water Walking, Surface Walking, and Bunshin (the basic illusion one where the clone can only mimic what the user does)
