Description: A technique superficially similar to the Chakra Absorption Technique, in order to forcibly extract the physical and spiritual energy of another ninja and absorb it through the upper square of the mark on his left hand, the caster must be within five feet at all times. To fully absorb the chakra and kill an opponent the caster must be attached for a full ten turns, if the opponent and caster seperate farther than five feet before the ten turns are up, the caster must restart the ritual.

Description: The caster converts the chakra absorbed with Dark Release: Absorbing Eye into dark purple flames, turning it back on his enemies with amplified strength to blow them away. The flames are expelled through the lower square of the mark on the caster's left hand.

Major issue..These techniques are considered a tad too strong, even though they are severely limited. Make no mistake you did place restrictions but something like this is way too extreme to be considered a C rank (The Absorbing eye so to speak). Also if your making it a C rank it cannot be able to perform such a high caliber task. I understand that making techniques C rank provides easier ways to work new characters strong, but it isn't the way things work. You want something of this caliber it must be higher than a mere C rank and must be attained through hard work and character build. Also the second technique. What exactly is Dark Release: Inhaling Maw? if I may ask.

One more thing, I dunno if I have this right but it doesn't seem like the second technique is able to be considered ninjutsu. Seems more like something that would be considered like an attachment weapon that can use the converted chakra through the mark.

She's right, the first technique is WAY too strong to be C-rank, even when it does take that long to kill. Since it can kill, the only way I will ever approve this is if it is S-rank Kinjutsu
