Description: A technique that is perhaps one of the most powerful lightning techniques ever invented, even proving to be more powerful than the chidori. By sending out their ration based chakra the user shall create a field around them made from pure lightning, and surround them within the protective field, a field that as long as it is fueled by chakra from the user shall maintain itself, though truly powerful attacks can still pierce it.

The real purpose or rather one of the purposes of this technique is to increase the users speed exponentially to the point where even the sharingan cannot keep up with their movements, the downside being that once again they have to maintain the field as such speeds will normally wear on the users body if they did not have a barrier around them. The User’s strength is also slightly increased if only because of the force of the barrier around them.

Description: A technique that is perhaps one of the world’s most powerful techniques, and one of the most harmful to the user, though that could still be up for debate (The best in the world part that is). First off having this jutsu increases your chakra pool slightly, and changes your signature chakra to that of a metalic black in color, in addition to your jutsu’s appearances. In order to activate this jutsu (Not the previous effects mentioned ones past this sentence) one must have some sort of sky above them, artificial or otherwise, during which time they shall begin to gather energy from the sky above them and focus it within their body. This process lasts for two posts, (he once you start this in and the next one) during which time you can activate no jutsu while the technique is charging. Afterward the user shall have their body’s color change to that of a metallic black, with ruins upon their body that match the color of their primary element. The effect of this jutsu is that all jutsu performed at the users rank or lower shall require no hand seals to perform, and their chakra pool at the current time shall be doubled. How this hurts the user is that it is a pure concentration of chakra within their body, making them while more powerful feel strain upon their network, thusly all chakra network damaging moves do double damage to them, in addition to this so potent is this form that the user must concentrate to leave it, and thusly shall remain within it (Even over multiple threads) unless they are not attacked seriously for three straight posts, making this jutsu impossible to pull off twice in one fight.. Well theoretically that is.

I see no problems. Objections?

None, it's just a severely restricted version of the cannon technique and then his version of a tougher support version, the only thing I may see wrong is that when he says all jutsu the users rank and lower need no hand seals, thats complete mess..because then a technique can be used at point blank range if a taijutsu user rushes and successfully catches an opponent, then they could pull something like Searing Migraine in mid technique. Keep in mind a person's rank can go beyond a jutsu's but that doesn't make it less lethal, lets say the Water Dragon missile for example, it have a lot of hand signs for a reason, to stall for preparation due to it's power, gives a person time to counter, with something like this..bam, powerful move in instant timing, no dodge and full force, jutsu have extremely high force even for some of below A-rank y'know, thats the only reason I wouldn't approve this, other than that it's good.

Princess, It's fine in my opinion because there is another technique on the site that allows for jutsu with no seals, as well as another canon based one I'm about to create here. But good looking out

It's fine because lets put it this way if a taijutsu user charges head on at someone without a backup plan they deserve to get smacked in the face.

Princess, there are other techniques that allow for no hand seals. My Mask of The Demon does. So this is fine
