Teddy is a very sweet looking boy. He is a little short for his age and is a pretty innocent looking kid. His shaggy blonde hair and sky blue eyes give him a look of a care-free personality, which fits his face quite well. Typically not caring about his appearance, Teddy holds quite an interesting wardrobe. For the most part, Teddy is seen wearing either one of two outfits. As well as this, he is never without his Uchiha Clan ring, which he wears on his right middle finger. The first, and most common of the two is this. He wears a black tank top (Not a black wife beater), with a collar that stays flipped up, and parts at about the center of his collar bones. Over that, he wears an off-white zip up t-shirt, which he calls his “jacket.” It is made of a rather thick material that, for all intensive purposes, acts exactly like cloth. The medal on the end of the zipper, is a type of cross, that has come to be known as Teddy’s own personal touch to this set. The cross is turned sideways like an “x” however, the points and shape of it is rather unique, making it look almost like a 4-pointed shuriken. The “jacket” has a red interior, technically making it reversible, however, Teddy only ever wears the white side out. The collar of this jacket, he wears flipped down, having the undershirts collar staying up. The collar, as well as all of the stitching and ends, (meaning the sleeve ends and shoulder stitches, ect.) have a checkered pattern, consisting of the off white jacket color and black. Along with this he wears a checkered sweat band, and 2 cloth rings on his left wrist and index and middle finger. The ring on his index finger is black, while the other is white. The Pants that Teddy wears are custom made. They are made of Blue jean material, however, the coloration and design of them is very unique. The upper 4th of them are that of a standard pair of jeans, only black, while the remaining portion seems to resemble that of painters pants, and is white in color. The shoes Teddy wears are grey and black sneakers, not to special aside from the red lacings, and the “x” symbol, being on the bottom for the shoe soul. The second pair of clothes Teddy has is not so unique in comparison. It is a custom made black rode, with a hood. The rode is made of an unknown material that is very flexible, and extremely durable. The robe has 2 talismans that dangle down on chains, resembling a hoodies string. Along with this he wears his black tank top, and a pair of black pants made of the same material. As well as a pair of boots, which are also black, and especially made for a shinobi. Race: Caucasian Hair: Blonde Eyes: Blue Body: Slim Ethnicity: Grass Country Personality: Teddy is a very sweet boy, with a sweet heart. Teddy is your typical good vs. evil hero, with a heart as pure as gold. While his fighting skills are top notch, although, he prefers not to use them unless he has too. However, although Teddy dislikes Fighting, he does enjoy it for sport, as well as just about any challenge. Teddy is the type of person who sees goodness even in the worst of people, and is always willing to give a second chance. Although most people take advantage of him for this, Teddy tries not to let it get to him. Another aspect of this, is Teddy's Uchiha blood. When one looks at Teddy, no one would believe him to be an Uchiha due to him having Blue eyes and blonde hair, however, it is true that he is of Uchiha blood and has the ability to use Sharingan. Now typical of an Uchiha they are high and mighty and believe to be a god send, however, because Teddy looks like an average joe, he believes that he doesnt need to be like a typical Uchiha and he treats all as equals. Although Teddy is said to be pure at heart, he does have a bit of a naughty streak. He has a tendency to go out and tag things like street signs or ally way walls, as well as being a decent shop lifter here and there. He doesn’t really steal anything important, normally just a candy bar or something of that nature. There is, however, a part of Teddy that is almost never been seen. This, is his inner anger. When tapped into, Teddy turns into a being that cannot be stopped until death. His anger turns Teddy from a sweet, kind hearted boy, into something straight out of a nightmare.

Description: Spartan blood is an ability that can be noticed almost immediatly from birth. First off, one who is born with this have stranger than normal coloration for their hair and eyes, however, common colors are still seen every now and again. The reasons why this is are unknown, however, it is believed it has something to do with the DNA coding that goes along with the KG. When one is born with Spartan blood, it has been known that their muscles and minds mature a lot quicker than normal. Their minds still grow in maturity, ect. Like a normal human, however, there mind is more adapted for combat, making them sharper on their feet and giving them sharper reflexes. Apart from this, however their muscles also grow in a different way than normal. While their muscle do look more difined, it is much more than that. As well as being developed earlier and quicker, the Spartan blooded one's muscle are much more dense than normal, providing them with phenominal feats of strength for their age.

Name: Sharingan Requirements: 8 point training for each stage; Stage 1-E rank, Stage 2-C Rank, Stage 3-A RankDescription: Sharingan is the bloodline limit doujutsu of the Uchiha clan. It possesses several powerful abilities, though it is developed through three stages. When just awakened, it is in Stage 1, with only one tomoe located above the pupil; in Stage 2, another tomoe appears, and they are now located to the left and right of the pupil; all three tomoe appear in Stage 3, and they are located in a triangle shape around the pupil: one directly above and the other two to the bottom left and right. The Sharingan is activated by sending some chakra into the eyes. It does not cost much, but only a true Uchiha can have it activated for prolonged periods of time without risking their health.
Stage 1: This stage allows the user to see things more clearly, and slower than normal. Because of this, it makes it easier to dodge, and hit an opponent, as well as making them faster with hand seals. It also allows the user to see chakra of there opponent, or anyone for that matter, who is around them. Sharingan can now copy all Ninjutsu of there rank or lower.
Stage 2: The second stage of the Sharingan allows those who possess it to see everything with even better clarity, including objects that would normally fall out of sight because of their speed. This also lets them see things even slower than stage 1, allowing for even more precision, and makes there genjustu and ninjutsu even more effective/powerful while Sharingan is activated. Additionally, visual genjutsu of rank B or lower can be dispelled instantly, without any chakra cost or a need for a special technique. This is also the "Move Tracking" stage of sharingan, making it easier to follow and memorize, or even predict an opponents next move. Sharingan can now copy Taijutsu of there rank or lower.
Stage 3: The third and final stage of the Sharingan opens even more possibilities for the clan members. Their vision of moving objects improves further allowing them to fight with Strength and Agility at an increase of 50%.Their ability to see chakra and movement allows them to memorize the techniques used by their enemies and copy them, one of the abilities the clan is highly famous for. Additionally, visual genjutsu of rank A or lower can be dispelled instantly, without any chakra cost or a need for a special technique. Sharingan can now copy Genjutsu of there rank or lower.
Name: Sharingan Hypnosis Requirements: Sharingan Stage 2, 5 point training Description: While not actually being a hypnosis, this ability allows the user to put there opponent into a "trance" allowing all Genjutsu to only require eye contact to activate. This also allows for sound and other sense jutsu, to be visual, and also allow for activation through eye contact.

Description: Henge no Jutsu is a ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. Henge allows the ninja to transform themselves into any person or object. This allows the ninja to move with stealth or to trick their opponents. However, it does not grant one the properties of said objects or skills of that person, meaning turning into a weapon will not allow you to cut an opponent and turning into a dog will not give you a great sense of smell.
This technique can also be used in conjunction with someone, who may a person, a pet or a summoning creature, in which case it is called Konbi Henge (Combination Transformation). However, its principles remain the same.
- Name: Bunshin no Jutsu - Clone Technique

Description: Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. The Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja without substance. The copy resembles the ninja in every way. This clone can function as a distraction or as means to confuse one's opponent. As soon the Bunshin gets attacked or comes into contact with an opponent, it will disperse.

Description: Kawarimi no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. When in danger the ninja will quickly substitute themself with another nearby object. This can be a block of wood or even another person. This allows the ninja to quickly flee and hide while the original object takes the brunt of their opponents attack. Naturally, it won't work with another person unless their skill gap is enormous, and the object to replace oneself with must be close in size and weight to the ninja themselves. This technique must be set up a little ahead when fighting skilled opponents, otherwise, you may end up getting struck because you wouldn't have enough time to use it.

Description: A skill that every self-respecting shinobi must have. It is based on concentrating chakra to the soles of one's feet and using it to stick to objects, which would allow one to walk on vertical surfaces and even upside down. This is also often used as chakra control training, since the soles of the feet are said to be the hardest place to control your chakra.
- Name: Suimen Hokou no Waza - Act of Water Surface Walking

Description: A more advanced technique than Kinobori, it allows one to walk on water or other similar liquid or amorphous objects. It is used in a similar fashion to its predecessor, but the shinobi must also release a constant flow of chakra into the water to keep themselves on its surface. It is often used as advanced chakra control training, since it takes the same basic concept as tree climbing technique and kicks it up a notch.

The ninja will appear and disappear in an instant, allowing them to retreat or attack suddenly. To facilitate the movement the ninja will often use nearby elements such as mist, sand or leaves to mask their appearance or disappearance. While it may seem like the user simply appeared or disappeared, the technique is actually a momentary increase in movement speed towards a set location.

C Rank Name: Katon: Goukakyuu no Jutsu - Great Fireball Technique Type: Ninjutsu Rank: C Requirements: None Description: A primary offensive ninjutsu for any fire user, it requires few hand seals and not much chakra. The user will take a breath and exhale a ball or stream of fire. In the former case, it can be launched in any direction, but its speed is not very impressive. In the latter case, it must be aimed at an opponent on the ground within twenty feet of the user, but is executed much faster.
B Rank Name: Honoo Ken-Yaiba Type: Nin/Tai Rank: B Requirements: Honoo Ken, Katon as Main element, Admin Permission Description: A variation of the Honoo Ken Technique. While activating Honoo Ken, the user will move the chakra about their hand to create a small “Blade” at the base of their fist. The appearance of the Honoo Ken Yaiba looks like the user is holding a Kunai, or other small bladed weapon, backwards, and engulfed in flames, however, the weapon of course is not there. While a bit weaker that the Honoo Ken, this move is easier to manipulate, and a bit more versatile. Name: Honoo Ken-Shimizu Type: Nin/Tai Rank: B Requirements: Honoo Ken, Katon as Main element, Admin Permission Description: The Honoo Ken-Shizimu is a variation of the Honoo Ken, more veered towards defense. The technique is as strong as the amount of chakra put into it, and requires very few hand seals. After performing the required hand seals, the user will place one hand on top of the other, palms down, and thrust this towards the ground. Once done, a ring of fire appears around the user and moves up and out at very high speeds, just like a wave. While used generally for defense, this technique has also been known to be used in a pinch for offence due to the minimum amount of hand seals, and the power that can be put into it.
A Rank Name: Honoo Ken Type: Nin/Tai Rank: A Requirements: Katon as Main element, Admin Permission Description: Honoo Ken, or “Blaze Fist” is a technique that takes much skill to perform. After summoning fire chakra to ones fist, it utilizes the strength in one's body to combine the already fearsome power of both Katon ninjutsu and Taijutsu. Once the fire chakra is at a large enough mass, the user holds their hand at the hip and kicks off towards there target with tremendous force. Running towards the target, the user will push up and out with there Honoo Ken and strike the target.
S Rank Name: Susumajii Honoo Ken Type: Nin/Tai Rank: S Requirements: Honoo Ken, Katon as Main element, Admin Permission Description: The strongest variation of the Honoo Ken techniques. “Fierce Blaze Fist” as it is translated, is an understatement for the destruction this technique can cause. A much more powerful form of the Honoo Ken, requires no hand seals to perform, and is one of the strongest fire jutsu known. The user’s movement speed is increased on a greater level than that of the standard Honoo Ken, is just one of the reasons why this technique is deadly. The fire chakra used in this jutsu is said to be more in-tune with the user, and as such the color of the Honoo Ken, is the same as the users chakra, instead of the color of fire. While this technique is quite devistating, it cannot be maintained for long as it consumes a large amount of chakra to utilize.

Background: Teddy was born in the middle of the night in no special arangement. The moment he was born however, both of his parents looked at him in awe as he looked nothing like a normal Uchiha. Teddy was born with blonde hair and blue eyes. His parents were astonished at the sight of this, both being high class Uchiha family members, they were worried that he may not be able to use the Sharingan ability at all. Although, as he grew up, Teddy was much more than able to use the Sharingan. Teddy, was a prodigy child. Teddy's parents, from the beginning have always been top class. His Father, Domo, was the best friend of the Uchiha Clan leader, Makashi, and was his right hand man for all Clan affairs. Now his mother, had always shown great skills in Genjutsu, however, this was because her father, Teddys grandpa, was the clan leader for some time, and she is actually the little sister of Makashi. Growing up with a family like this Teddy was expected for greatness almost immediatly. He was raised like any other Uchiha boy, tought at the top of his class and treated like having a god complex, however, Teddy thought different. You see, because of the blood he was gifted with, along with his Uchiha blood, he looked much different than other Uchiha. Due to this, he was still treated like an Uchiha for the most part, however, not so much of the "all high and mighty" like their reputation sustained. From day one of the acadamy, Teddy was top of his class. Exceeding all all fields of ninjutsu genjutsu, and especially Taijutsu. However, he never seemed to get the hang of Ijutsu. It was a magnificant thing to see from his parents point of view, howver, it was plain to see his specialty was close combat, both his sword and fist. After hiring a special trainer for him to further excel in Taijutsu, Teddy's parents began to see that not only was he getting better and better by the day, but he was also increasing his muscle mass at a very high rate. Much quicker than anyone his age. After seeing an Ijutsu specialist on this, it was explained to both Teddy and his parents that Teddys blood was a bit more significant than just Uchiha blood. He was born with a DNA coding called "Spartan Blood" which explained his excellation in Taijutsu, as well as the abstract color of his hair, and eyes, and why his muscle matured quicker than average. After a few years in the acadamy, it came time for him to graduate. Showing his place in the clan Teddy had mastered the Goukakyuu no Jutsu or "Great Fireball Technique", a tradition for most, if not all, Uchiha. Time went on as Teddy excelled in the Ranks as he went from Genin to Chuunin, and from Chuunin to Jounin. However, on the day of his promotion to Jounin, Teddy was called to the Clan Master. It was then, that Makashi would explain he could no longer lead the Clan the way he wanted, and he saw a great Future with Teddy as their leader. Accepting the placement of Clan Leader, Teedy decided that he wanted to show his clan a bright and new future, by taking a select few to Sunagakure. He wanted to have the Uchiha family branch out, and show the world what they could do. Being awarded with Jounin several days after his 15th birthday at Sunagakure, Teddy is now one of the youngest, and most powerful Taijutsu Master's know.
