Background:Born to the Tenzu clan but given up to receive he One-Tailed Shukaku, Riku knows absolutely not a single Jutsu related to the Wind-based Tenzu clan, instead only taking the affinity for Wind. Riku grew up as a happy child with a sadistic side. He loved his friends but loved defending his friends even more and in a bloodthirsty way to boot. He has learned to use Shukaku's power to create anything his heart desires and he has become quite good at it as well. His nation loves him and see's him as a hero. He will defend his nation as though he is defending himself. He is currently a Genin as he has never attempted to further his rank. His parent's see how bad that could be however. He tends to have fits of Shukaku educed rage as well as insomnia from not allowing Shukaku to take control of him in his sleep. He covers his eyes to hide the thick black rings around his eyes. He dreams of becoming the next Hokage and by all means will even if that means killing those who get in his way. He loves his nation and would do anything for it.

Desert Fist is not a jutsu because it's listed as Kekkai Genkai. You should also know the basic three (Henge, Kawarmi, Bunshin), although if you don't want them that's fine.

Oh and Take scroll out of inventory. Why the hell carry an empty scroll?
