Roatsu's family is quite poor within Iwagakure, and not caring much for himself the boy continues to wear garbs associated with much lower class than his own. The trashy and larger clothing often seems to get him associated with the non-ninja and meek alike, having to regularly defend himself from the bullying of those whom assume superior.

Personality:
Roatsu is a highly energetic individual, enjoying his career as a shinobi with the highest regard he descends the average monotonous feeling of ninja-work and turns it into an adventure, meant to be told to others like fables. His enthusiasm often leads him to terrible situations, but with a smile and insurmountable determination he has thus far overcome everything thrown at him. In recent years he has become somewhat flirtatious, through comedic means even going out of his way to insult a rival suitor, or play himself up as the knight in shining armor. Roatsu values his family and friends over all else, self-sacrificing if needed he will defend their lives without hesitation, though he isn't a fool; You won't be seeing him run directly into an non winnable situation just because its non winnable. Taking his time with most tasks would make some assume the boy a slacker, though this is far from the truth as he doesn't slack on purpose, becoming easily sidetracked is just one of his downfalls.

Roatsu has a taste for alcohol even at his young age, but reaches a state of drunkenness rather quickly, Often found at the local kabob-stand its a wonder he can afford lodgings with the amount of food he intakes. Most of his budget however goes to feed his mother and younger sister, whom live a very poor life as commoners within Iwagakure.
