A very accurate technique that uses the same precision and control found in the Chakra Scalpel technique. The chakra is formed at the base of one's hand sending off a visible stream of chakra that is about 4 feet in length. This newly released energy from chakra is capable of slashing through flesh of a human body without leaving an opened wound, the muscles and internal anatomy of the slashed target will be torn in the same motion it was slashed. The cuts inflicted by this technique presents a high chance of internal bleeding to the targets of impact making this a weapon of execution rather than tool of surgery.
