A day in the office.

As she waited for but a little while, Miyu could only help but sigh slightly. Getting up from the sand and stretching a bit Miyu just let the sand wash off of her, as she reactivated the sparks of lighting around her. well that should be enough of a head start for all of them to actually be able to reach the village...

Looking off in the direction of the village, Miyu let her hand slide down to her side as she vanished within the blink of an eye, leaving nothing but static in her wake. As the little lightning bolt re appeared upon the top of the entrance to the village she sighed slightly. Re-appearing within her mansion, or rather directly behind her desk, Miyu could only face palm at what had happened to the place. Taking a seat within the chair however she let the pen meet the paper as she began to figure out a different sort of task for them... one which would be if anything ironic.

Ahira sped to a halt, sweat falling down her cheeks as she waved her smoke bomb clones away. In a poof of dark smoke, they disappeared and she looked both from over her left shoulder and then the right before leaning forward. A smirk spread across her face before Ahira prepped herself to push off the sand and lunge toward the village. However, before she could even get going, her ears picked up the sound of something pounding through the desert sand behind her.

Whipping her head around, Ahira squinted in an attempt to look and see if she could determine whose figure was coming into view through the desert's heat wave. Seconds passed and when it became clear who it was, her golden eyes widened slightly. "Dammit!" she growled, turning back toward the village's wall and tearing through the golden sand. "There's no way that flea-bitten mutt is going to beat me in this little race."

Manipulating her chakra so that it was instantly beneath her feet, Ahira ran up the wall and over the gate - landing easily on the balls of her feet and pushing forward again to run through the village. Some of the villagers waved in greeting and though she felt bad for ignoring them, Ahira had a goal that she had set for herself.

Skidding to a stop, she looked at the Kazekage's office and knew that she had to have gotten here before her. There was no way that the Kage could just teleport herself back to her own home after the girl had all but torn through the desert sands like a bat out of hell. There was, of course, the option that the Kage they had seen out in the Great Desert was just a shadow clone, but unlikely. Bursting through the doors, Ahira raced to where the Wind Shadow's office was, all but shoulder slamming the door open...

...only to be greeted by Miyu sitting at her desk and scribbling on the paper. Ahira's jaw dropped. "How did you--when did you--?" She narrowed her eyes, the thought of being given some menial task for her assignment both filling her heart with anger and misery at once. "No...fucking...way!"

Sanosuke was indeed hounding behind her with a strong boost in pace on interval, he as well had his goals set on reaching the office before Miyu but more importantly before this girl Ahira. His face gained a smirk as he noticed that she looked back realizing exactly who was sharp on her tail. They approached the village after a brief run and was almost within sight of the goal, this was to be Sanosuke's chance to overtake her and claim the prize for himself. Just as Ahira easily scaled over the gates Sanosuke crouched taking a strong push off the ground and with amazing agility sprung over the gates landing in the same crouching position he was before. "Excellent..As always heh." Sanosuke spoke to himself cockily with a slight scoff, rising to his feet he made a dash trying to see if he could cover a great distance in the short time he wasted.

Sanosuke however was knocked back onto the ground because of a collision he had with a young boy who just happened to be in the way when he dashed. Instantly Sanosuke flew up in a rage and jumped back onto his feet grabbing the boy by his shirt upset with him for just walking in front of his running path. Sanosuke spent about 2 minutes relentlessly punching the boy in his face over and over in an attempt to teach him a lesson. He in fact made so much of a scene that the people of the village gathered in lots just to see how long this unfair -and surely- unmerciful beating was going to continue.

Sanosuke was going to spend the rest of the day beating him until it hit him, he was going to lose.
"Fucking hell..I'll be back for you later." Sanosuke assured the boy shoving him off the the side. He took off down the street moving double time now trying to see if he could find a short cut in which he would be able to reach the Kazekage's office before everyone. Sanosuke began leaping from the streets to the rooftops noticing the large scale mansion that the Kazekage was famous for being in. He felt really sure of himself, he was going to make it there first and be able to rub it in all of their faces. This was something he was waiting for all day, a good mission, gloating rights, there was nothing better.

Deciding to make his entrance grand, Sanosuke ran up the walls of the Kazekage mansion upon his arrival heading straight for the office. He had seen this place quite often and knew his way inside and out . In a moment's time Sanosuke broke through the window of the Kazekage office tucking and rolling on the ground as he looked around yelling, "Made it!". He was so proud of himself but to his surprise, the Kazekage was already there. Not only her but the same damn girl with the feline scent from the desert was also here before him. It made him a little annoyed, in fact what the hell was he doing that caused him to lose to both of them. The Kazekage had the title of Kage so her arrival here first was not that hard for Sanosuke to accept, but Ahira. No he was not going to let this one go, He stood up and walked over to her pointing ready to run his mouth when he was distracted by the sound of Honmaru.

"Well hello there Sanosuke, Ahira...We were starting to wonder when you two would show up." Honmaru greeted with a smile as he walked from the side of the room with Rokuro revealing that they had been here shortly after the Kazekage arrived. Rokuro shook his head looking at Sanosuke almost about to send him a cocky little smirk as to say "I told you so", He already knew that if it wasn't for the fact that Sanosuke followed the girl, he could have been here with them.
"You've gotta be fucking kidding me..No way!" Sanosuke yelled in frustration placing his hands on his head, his fingers passing through some of his hair.
"Well you should have known the way back...But like they say, animals chase animals." Rokuro said turning his gaze to Ahira briefly before returning it back to Sanosuke.

Sanosuke wasn't even going to dignify Rokuro's statement with an answer so instead he stuck his middle finger at him. Honmaru turned to see the Kazekage bowing in respect as he smiled once more closing his eyes in the same formal fashion that he was most known for."Well then..Looks like you win lady Miyu..We await the assignment..", Honmaru's words seeming honest and sincere began to aggravate Sanosuke. He was acting like nothing was wrong, like they were not going to get a crappy mission. But Honmaru didn't care, he was just doing his job being respectful in the presence of authority.

Well now that the gang is all here.... Miyu stated as she let herself lean back in her chair. Shall we get started on your little assignments? Mind you, I did win, but that was unfair anyway, but I suppose punish is still in order isn't it? smirking as she reached underneath her desk Miyu let the tension swell for a moment.

As she pulled up a piece of paper however, Miyu let the ink flow upon the page, each stroke letting the others only guess at what was being written. Finally the pen left the paper after what might seem like moments of torture to the guests within her home. Alright then..... all of you have a very special assignment today, it is one that shall involve much danger, and rich rewards if you can find any.

Flipping around the sheet of paper that was within her hand, she let the page come into full view of the group, it reading only one thing.

So then get to it, I shall be here, though if you find anything cool you can go ahead and take a look at it so long as it's a scroll, and not my underwear, or other valuables. Silently giggling inside as to how she had hidden her more complex jutsu away from eyes within a different location Miyu would just let them have their fun, and get her house cleaned at the same time, win win. Or at least a win for her.

Ahira bared her fangs at Sanosuke as he dared to point his lousy finger at her again. She would have her way and bite that digit off one of these days. Hopefully by the end of this day because as far as she was concerned, she never wanted to see the Mutt Face ever again. However, once again the key factor serving as the deterrent spoke up once more once he and Rokuro appeared from a door off to the side.

"Well hello there Sanosuke, Ahira...We were starting to wonder when you two would show up." Both she and Sanosuke looked, her anger toward the mongrel abated to look at the calm smile that greeted her from Honmaru. Once again, her frustration settled just a little - what was it about him that calmed her so?

Immediately she tuned out Sanosuke's voice, the exchange between him and Rokuro predictable at this point. Ahira just rolled her eyes, sauntered over toward Honmaru and waited for the two others to finish their visual "spat" of sorts. Her brow twitched ever so slightly at the comment about "animals chasing animals" and, instead, balled up her fists by her side.

All eyes moved to look at the Kazekage as she spoke. She had obviously pulled some kind of jutsu technique to get here and it aggravated her. Ahira didn't like being cheated - Miyu knew she would be able to beat them here. But it mattered not. Ahira was just glad that she wasn't dead last in comparison to that overgrown fool. A dark smirk touched the corners of her lips as Miyu prattled on.

Suddenly the paper that the Wind Shadow was scribbling on was now facing them and Ahira's jaw dropped a margin as she read the words scratched across it. Clean my house, were its words and Ahira could only blink her golden eyes in surprise.

The Kazekage could not be serious.

"So then get to it, I shall be here, though if you find anything cool you can go ahead and take a look at it so long as it's a scroll, and not my underwear, or other valuables."

Oh yeah, she was serious.

"Oh this is just great," she muttered before looking at the other three males. A sweat drop formed over her brow before Ahira sighed in defeat, turning her attention to Honmaru and placing a hand on her hip. "You're with me. We're takin' the library," she said, eyeing the other two more aggressive ones before she gently pulled the lower lid of her right eye at them while sticking her tongue out. Not bothering with a reaction, Ahira whirled on her heals and all but bounded out of the Kazekage's office - assuming that Honmaru was close on her heels.

Sanosuke and Rokuro booth stared at each other blankly at the mission assigned however didn't even bother to complain. The Kage was already strange enough to where they knew nothing was right in her head, she didn't seem like she had the intention to give them a high caliber mission in the first place. It was all that could have been deduced however since she made them try to race her back, she knew already that she would win, so what was the point? Honmaru turned to the two of them nodding to let them know it was time to get down to business.

To Honmaru's surprise however, Ahira decided to take Honmaru with her to the library. Not that he minded it, the library of the Kazekage seemed like something he would be interested in after all Honmaru loved his books. Sanosuke and Rokuro looked around and began picking up the books that were knocked over because of Sanosuke's little bombarding. "Fucking hell Sano...It's one thing to barge in someone's office but another thing to leave this type of mess, I shouldn't be cleaning this shit." Rokuro complained as he picked up a few pieces of loose paper that feel from one of the books.

"Eh whatever...Deal with it ass." was Sanosuke's only response as he didn't even give Rokuro the decency of a face to face response. Sanosuke made sure to check out every book he had to waste his time picking up as there was most definitely, or at least he would hope there was something worth while here. "Stupid Kage making us clean the friggin house..man one of these days." Sanosuke mumbled under his breath as he looked under the table of the Kazekage. Rokuro who managed to pick up a thick book threw it at the back of Sanosuke's head when he looked up from under the table, this only triggered Sanosuke's angry growl at Rokuro. "Bad dog..No one said commanded you to speak." Rokuro spoke out in a teasing tone adding a light chuckle after it.
"Fuck off dude..I didn't say a damn thing." Sanosuke responded rubbing the back of his head as he then turned around grabbing a broom. "You damn sure did..Watch your mouth there dickless." Rokuro responded as he placed the books in his hand back onto the shelf. Sanosuke turned around spinning the broom as though it was a weapon, he was not about to hear any more of this from Rokuro. Cleaning or not, there was never a moment he couldn't postpone an assignment to kick someone one's ass.

Rokuro already sensed what was going through Sanosuke's mind and did nothing about it. A simple answer would come to this if it really had to. If Sanosuke came at Rokuro, he would simply beat him down, nothing too hard for a fighter at Rokuro's level. Not ever turning around to see how Sanosuke armed himself with the broom, Rokuro - who already could tell what he was thinking- simply rose his left hand a little showing the energy that he used before the knock him out. He wasn't going to do anything to him right then and there, but it was a way to let him know his place.

Walking along side Ahira, Honmaru kept a calming smile on his face. He seemed a little too content with a mission that seemed like nothing more than a simple house task. Then again this was Honmaru, there was nothing that really bothered him, He turned to look at Ahira still with the same smile as he asked her. "Isn't this nice? We get to know each other better by cleaning together...I actually know a story about something like this." Honmaru's words were a little off, however his intentions were to see why she choose him out of the other two. Maybe because he was the calmer of the three, but then again this was merely his assumption. To coordinate his statement however Honmaru motioned to grab his Illusion cage.
