Description: Spiral Energy (or Spiral Chakra) is an ability innate in beings that have double helix DNA, particularly humans. It is simply a different kind of chakra that come from the fighting spirit and will to survive. It is a mysterious power; the amount of it varies from human to human and it completely ignores the law of conservation of energy, allowing it to create mass energy at will. Though its overuse can also be very dangerous; causing the chakra pathway system of the user to literary break down and become unusable. Making Spiral Energy a dangerous double edged sword to even the most skilled users of this powerful technique. But Spiral Energy has both great potential and applications, giving it great versatility in battle, and can create a verity of technique that are unique to each separate user.

Name: Spiral Awakening (スパイラル悟り)
Requirements: Dormant Spiral Energy, Life threating situation.
Description: This is the only known technique that is used by all users of Spiral Energy. To put it simply, it is the release of their dormant Spiral Energy, in only large burst of power (Though the amount vary's by rank). During moments of time, where the user's life or the life of a companion is genuinely threatened, and they have the strength to try and persevere, no matter the cost. Though the one major draw back to this is that once the sudden burst of power is lost, the user is unable to mold chakra for a short period of time, because of the sudden stress that was placed on the body.

E-rank: 5% of dormant Spiral Power used, Giving them a 5% increase in Strength/Chakra. Lasts one post.
D-rank: 15% of dormant Spiral Power used, Giving them a 15% Strength/Chakra increase. Lasts two posts.
C-rank: 30% of dormant Spiral Power used, Giving them a 30% Strength/Chakra increase. Last three posts.
B-rank: 75% of dormant Spiral Power used, Giving them a 75% Strength/Chakra increase. Last four posts.
A-rank 105% of dormant Spiral Power used, Giving them a 105% Strength/Chakra increase. Lasts five posts.
S-rank: 150% of dormant Spiral Power used, Giving them a 150% Strength/Chakra increase. Lasts six posts.

So why was it revoked? Sad

It will need to changed as the boosts are too great to not have a negative effect. Zack has a technique that does the exact same thing, and we forced his to possibly kill the user in training, and have admin permission. I assume yours will have different negatives or be tuned down in terms of power. It also runs on a timer.

But you and Zack can discuss this matter.

Edit: Alright, I hope this fixed my problem. First I toned down the first three ranks to give this a bit of a slow start. Then I removed the speed increase and added a posting limit to how many turns in a fight this power could be used, because this is more of a sudden burst of power and not a long lasting technique. Lastly, the negative effects of Sprial Power are explained in the description, if you need me to elaborate a little further thats fine.
