Requirment: Must be of Kirozuka clan.
This jutsu is performed after the respective hand seals are made. The Crow would fly past the opponent leaving a trail of black feather slowly descending to the ground, the user of the technique at this time will then infuse the falling feathers with his/her own chakra causing them to spin in a rapid motion, the chakra implanted inside the feather cause the feather to act as little blades which can then be controlled to attack opponent.
