Requirements:Born of the Bachiatari clan(This clan possesses no power, just the fact this disease originates from them) Arete's permission, Taken at character Creation. Cannot gain this Kekkai from anywhere else.
Description: This disease is a congenital disease that actually can arrive in the infant during the second trimester earliest. The disease strikes early while the baby is still developing inside the mother, and while it's there, depending on how early, can stop a human's growth forever. It attacks the organs and major body parts, either halting their growth forever, or just extending the time they'd normally take to grow. When this disease attacks, it hits hard and can leave severe damage that might never heal. Most children born with Eternal Suffering die instantly. For those that live on past child birth, their longest life expectancy is 40 years of age, though it almost never lasts on to that length. With this disease however, comes the ability for the user to excrete odd and deadly toxins to combine with different surfaces. This toxins are often found in saliva and other bodily fluids, and for excretion is often when the carrier of the disease spits or sweats. These toxins can only be neutralized with an anti-dote forged from the toxins themselves, unless the person is treated from an A ranked Medical Ninjutsu user. The toxins however, besides being very poisonous, seem to have an effect on people that don't have the disease. The fumes that arise from these toxins have been known to make people pass out, and weakens them greatly.

The Disease causes a 10% Drop in Speed and Power for the Carrier.

For those that inhale the fumes for extended time periods...

One minute from inhale, 2.5% drop in speed
Five minutes from inhale, 5% drop in speed
Ten minutes from inhale, 7.5% Drop in speed, 2.5% Drop in power
Twenty Minutes from inhale, 10% drop in speed, 5 drop in power
Thirty minutes from inhale, 15% drop in speed, 7.5% drop in power
One hour from inhale, 30% drop in speed, 15% drop in power

For those that get infected...(Toxin entering the body and bloodstream through extended skin exposure or entering wounds)

One minute in the sickness, 5% Drop in Speed
Five Minutes in the sickness, 10% Drop in speed,
Ten Minutes in the sickness, 15% Drop in speed, 5% Drop in Power
Twenty Minutes in the sickness, 20% Drop in speed, 10% Drop in power
Thirty Minutes in the sickness, 30% Drop in speed, 15% Drop in Power
One Hour in the sickness, 50% drop in speed, 30% drop in power
Twenty Four hours if still not treated, Depending on how much entered, Death, Coma, or Pass out.

(Medical Ninjutsu A Ranked and up can cure the poison, the poison only really proves fatal if entering the body. If inhaled, it has to be continuous for the effects to kick in. If stopped breathing for a minute, then started back up, the effects continue. It takes ten minutes for the toxin on skin to absorb in and effect the body.)

Abilities -
Toxin Secrete-An ability in which the user preforms some action to excrete a bodily fluid, most commonly spitting. The toxin if kept on skin for an extended time can absorb in, but most commonly enters through an open wound. It has a slightly foul stench that actually weakens people and can eventually knock them out, and it seems that only the people with the disease seem to be able to cope with it. If the toxin enters a person who doesn't have the sickness, the person who gets the sickness has twenty four hours to live its presumed before the disease fully takes over and attacks the body.

There isn't any stats involved with the infection of the spit? I mean, odds or something would be great, also note potential of medical ninjutsu against it please.

Because of the nature of its potential, I would like a quick review from another staff, at this point in time I'm on the fence.

What about people who have masks on or for those who cover their mouths? As for not breathing, if then person inhales and then stops breathing (since it is a constant effect) shouldn't the effect be negated or halted if they stop breathing in the fumes? It wouldn't make sense for them to even bothering to halt their breath if the effect is continuous.

And if this disease is so fatal to those who even get the toxins and fumes inhaled, then it should be just as harmful to the person who has the disease. If anything, the person who has the disease should have some kind of make-shift antidote to keep themselves from dying from all the poisons in their body or to even keep themselves conscious. It would be natural for them to have a form of serum to at least stave off the effects to themselves to even implement the attributes of this disease onto someone else.

Anyway, if you can clarify these things for me, I'll look over this again.

Alrighty. For question one, yes a gas mask can filter out the fumes. I might've made a typo, but those that stop inhaling or clear far enough away from the fumes start clearing out of the effects. An example would be say the person inhaled one minute's worth, and then escaped far away and didn't inhale any fumes for a minute, then subtract a minute from the effects. As for your second question, the reason why the person creating the toxins is not affected it because the toxins are forged from the disease, and they already have it. Really, what the toxins do is enter the body and act just like the disease, attacking organs and such. If you would want, I can add minor effects to those who create the toxins, unless they do something that can halt these effects.
