Description:Pulse surge is a wind based ninjutsu that is extremely simple, yet very effective. It consists of a person putting their hands out towards their enemy and gathering chakra. Wind will spiral in front of them and form a ball which will launch at the enemy causing pressure damage instead of the expected slicing damage that most wind techniques cause. These can be launched at a pretty high rate, but one must remember the chakra drain of using a C-S ranked jutsu several times in rapid succession. | |
