Description: After the proper hands seals are made the user must maintain as steady flow of fire element chakra to the palm of their hands. If to much chakra is forced out the user risk his/her hands being severely burnt, on the other hand if too little chakra is focused to their palm the flame will simply dissipate and the hand seals will have to be repeated. If they are successful at controlling there chakra they user will gain and added boost in damage when their open palm with fingers bent towards their palm make contact with an opponent, with the possibility of setting there cloths on fire. The longer this jutsu is active the more they risk causing injuries to there hands.
