Personality:Shi is very calm and is often playful. He's curious and asks a lot of questions, which either gets very complicated answers or no answer at all from Torao. When it comes to battle, Torao gets very serious and goes to his animal instincts.

Background:As a cultural thing of the Liger Pride, the Liger's would travel from their Rock to a holy birthing grounds far from the Rock. Every Liger in the pride was born here, and Shi was no exception. After birth, the Ligers would remain here for a year for the newborn cub to grow, and then travel back to the Rock. However, on the way back, Shi dozed off while, on accident, his pride mates continued. He was woken up later by a child crying. As he approached the child, the child began chasing Shi until Shi was caught. Shi and the boy became friends and bonded while they survived for a week. Shi's brother, Raikou, eventually came and rescued them, bringing Shi and the boy, who was now revealed as Torao to the Rock. After training for seven years with Torao, he and Raikou brought Torao to Konohagakure, which is where the Chieftain decided to send Torao. Shi decided he wished to stay with Torao, and learn more with him, as he wanted to earn his elemental mane and keep "watch" over Torao. Raikou was faced with a critical decision, and did not approve, but he figured this was his brother's wishes and allowed it. Shi was a summoning that stuck with his summoner, and really never was summoned.
(If the background couldn't explain the thread title, Shi is just a summoning I have for Torao. The thing is, I went to Shi's home and he came with me, so I never technically summoned him, being since I don't 100% know the summoning jutsu. Please inform me of any problem with this concept.)
