Appearance:
Dan is an exceptionally well built and good looking man, aside from his giant eyebrow, which he is very self-concious about. He wears a giant nail on his back that he calls his training nail. He usually uses it to pick up the ladies in the streets even though the nail is hollow, he would never admit it since he uses it as for only aesthetic purpouses. Dan is all about fashion and trying to look his best when he goes out and trying to make a flashy entrance to the scene of a crime. Dan wears an umbrella around his hip which is covered with metal on the inside and layered with nails on the inside that he uses for his most famous (to himself) technique, Hagane no Ame. Being the child that he is at heart, Dan will show off his muscles which he is very proud of in public as well. The umbrella itself is actually a weapon in it's own right, weighing around 15 lbs, it's more of a beating stick than an umbrella.

Personality:
Dan is self-concious about his looks, but always is trying to pick up chicks wherever he goes. Being a ninja by day and a viglante by night, Dan sto-...well, he tries to stop crime whenever he sees it. Dan has a high feeling of self-justice that he feels can't be brought to light by the daily ninja. Dan probably loves himself a little too much at times, it's not strange for him to be seen looking into the side of his nail to use it as a mirror to make sure that he looks good that morning, although he would definately deny that was what he was doing and substitute his reasoning to be that he thought he got hurt in his last fight with evil or something of the matter trying to be the most manly man he could possibly fathom. When walking around the villiage, it isn't strange for Dan to open his umbrella and use it to shade his body to make sure he doesn't get more than his share of tan. Since his umbrella is layered with hanging nails on the inside, he usually walks around with with the nails dangling around his body in the sun to create a sort of wind chime enviroment. Dan always says that the wind will whisper things to him, trying to make himself seem almost psychic. Ofcourse he is lying completely, and uses the "whispering wind" to speak whatever's on his mind. Usually no one will belive him, but often times his intution is correct.

Hagane no Ame (Rain of Steel) - Dan throws his umbrella up in the air using Ninjutsu to make the nails dangling from it rain down upon his enemies in a 30 by 30 foot square.Since Hagne no Ame isn't really a lethal attack he has implemented it as more of an attack to just impare his enemy so that he can overcome them with his taijutsu.

Kugi no Kabe (Wall of Nails) - More of a diversion technique, Dan will force his Chakra into the nails in his pouch and throw them at his enemy in hopes to force them to move.

Background:

Dan has a full family, two parents and a brother and a sister. He hasn't talked to them in over 3 months now though ever since he decided he would be a viglante. Growing up reading comic books and other things he found out quickly that the first to be targeted were the hero's loved ones. This is why Dan is a virgin, although he would never admit it, claiming that he has slept with countless women across the land and that he is famous on the other side of the world to his peers (Mostly himself). Dan has been doing the hero part for about 2 months now, taking one month to train. Going through classes at the academy, Dan was a little too strange to have any real friends, he was most likely the most awkward person in his class unbeknownst to himself. Dan usually sleeps on top of people's houses or just buildings in general and has fallen once, luckly into a street-side stall to cushion his blow. He makes his money by taking missions near his home, trying not to stray too far away in fear of not being able to go back and help the people who "need" him.

Okay, looks good so far. But you actually need to submit the two jutsu you have created into the actual jutsu application section to be approved and then you can move them over.

Oh, and you don't need to have anything listed under "Combat Styles." Just list next to fighting type/style: Taijutsu (primary) / Ninjutsu (secondary)

Combat styles are for actual styles of combat with names, like "Fists of the Storm God" or "Blind Fighting" to name a few.

Make those changes and I'll look it over again.

The jutsu's were approved, but you can't start with techniques other than basics, and they don't count towards your total.

Alignment should be True Neutral as you have generated no karma.

Didn't really want to start with those techniques anyways. True Neutral lawlz. You read the bio, it's overly obvious that he's not True Neutral. Saying hi to everyone? I'll do that some other time.

Vigilante deeds aren't True Neutral.

From my DM experience, making your players start out as NN is like saying, "Yeah I'm not confident in your decisions at all, I'm going to make them myself."

Deeds are considered actions made during the RP, again this Alignment has no reflection on personality, you can be evil as hell right from the get go, you just have no 'Renown' with it so to speak.

Why wouldn't you just change my alignment accordingly DURING the RP then?

Because some abilities such as the kekkai genkai "Alignment" give you bonuses depending on how far you can get with Karma Points.

when you start a RPG game your always neutral, regardless of past.

But I don't have a Kekkai Genkai. Maybe you can explain it more.

thats Alignment the Kekkai Genkai, each character has 1 slot to begin with but this can be taken at any point thus your karma needs to be controlled and all that Alignment means on this site is the direction you've undertaken in Karma, not DnD rules.

Sounds like D&D mixed with nWoD to me. Maybe with a little bit of GURPS.
