Name: Temporary Paralysis Technique

Description: A technique for physical restraint, quite as if the opponent had been tied in invisible steel ropes. This is a basic ninjutsu usable even by Genin, but its intensity will vary greatly according to the user's level. In addition, depending on the user, the technique can be cast on every target at once, and won't fail a shinobi during his missions. This debilitates the victim for a short period of time, which allows the user to either strike again or, in some cases, take the target into custody. Depending on the user's Chakra Control, it is possible to cast with eye contact.

IC'ly, this technique will only last for one post. This jutsu, depending on level, can be broken, much like a genjutsu and the rank of user and victim are both factors.

• C-ranked: Can cast via physical contact(such as wires) on one person
  
• B-ranked: Can cast via physical contact on three people
  
• A-ranked: Can cast via eye contact on one person or physical contact on five people
  
• S-ranked: Can cast via eye contact or physical contact on up to five people
  

Name: Time Reversal Technique
Type: Genjutsu
Rank: B
Requirements: ANBU
Description: This technique uses things like light, motion, or anything avalible to lull the target into a state of relaxation, putting the target in a state of reverse hypnosis, allowing them to remember details that they otherwise would not. The target will comply with interrogation, but seems to retain his or her personality while under hypnosis. For example, when the ANBU used this technique to bring back Naruto's memories about his conversations with Gennō, Naruto was more specific about the ramen he shared with the old man rather than their conversations, which the ANBU were asking about.

Yeah the first one needs limits on when you learn each ability of it at what rank. Example, the eye contact thing is only at S-rank
