Description: This is a fire element ninjutsu that requires no hand seals. By focusing their fire natured chakra, the shinobi can create jets of fire that will run along the ground towards their opponent. Unfortunately, redirecting the movement of said fire trails if an opponent evades is quite difficult. While this technique requires no hand seals, it isn't as strong as most fire ninjutsu of the same level.

This requires Katon as an element... -_-
I don't understand how a jutsu that is implimented through your feet to leave trails of fire can be implimented into fireballs...

*facepalm* Gin, she doesn't need to put that as a requirement. It's implied when Katon is in the damn name. You don't need to make the site 100% idiot proof

Also I agree, fire trails cannot be made into fire balls. 2 separate jutsu there
