| Name: Miyu , Sakura (Beautiful Evening’s, Cherry Blossom) Alias: Kaze seiun, (The Winds Nebula) Age: 19 Gender: Female Height: 5’ 8” Weight: 145lbs Appearance: Miyu tends to wear many things that are frilly, in nature, why really no one knows as her personality sure doesn’t match her normal clothes choices in terms of how they work, but still it’s what she chooses so others will just have to go with her flow. Generally tending to wear dresses, and clothes have plenty of breathing room, as Miyu prefers to feel as if she can move her body freely, if only out of her own paranoia, and because tight clothes make her feel uncomfortable in more than just one sense of the word. If only because Miyu still views herself as a bit of a rebel, she wears a black choker upon her neck, and a black leather wrist strap upon her left wrist, and forearm. Both of her ears are pierced, and she tends to wear short earrings which normally only fit the hole itself and a bit outside of it, as she views hoops and anything that dangles as annoying when she has to turn to look at someone or just walk. She also tends to wear a necklace that can have a variety of different pendants upon them, but normally it is that of a cross. Her hair is that of a Moca brown color and stretches down to the middle of her back, which is why she normally wears it in a pony tail to keep it orderly, and in addition to this she normally wears a slightly strange hair accessory, which appears to like a feather on a tether. Hair pins are also her best friend in addition to hair clips. Her eyes are that of a Chocolate brown color, and behind the iris appears to be that of lightning, and while feint if you were in a conversation with her long enough [s]and weren’t staring at her other body features…[/s] it would most likely be noticeable. Her skin is of a fair color, leaning more towards the middle range in terms of how it looks, making it not too light but not too dark, just overall average, though she has been known to get a tan on purpose for fun. She is five foot eight inch’s and has a body that while not completely stick slender, is still slender enough to make her feel slightly proud of how she takes care of herself. Normally not found without some sort of Purse however Miyu tends to keep various things within said object, one of which is cigarette’s and sadly she uses them as a form of stress relief, but besides that the normal is found within it, money, make up, a mirror etc. - Spoiler:

Eyes: Chocolate brown Body: Atheletic, Slender Ethnicity: Kaze no Kuni 風の国 Personality: Miyu is someone whom tends to come off as well very rude, in many ways if only because she doesn’t like to meet new people, and finds it embarrassing, though it won’t stop her from trying to meet with them, just she will react negatively at first. Though when you get to know her Miyu is actually manageable to be around, as she is not too mean, nor is too sarcastic, as she has a refreshing medium for all of these traits well most of the time. Generally pointing out the obvious she also has a more normal side which can have her come across as a Klutz with words at times, making her seem like her cleverness falls before her own mental errors at the time. Not one to get angry most of the time but instead let it slide or think of another option, Miyu tends to be calm if only because it’s just the way she thinks, though it isn’t pasted her morality wise to put a façade of such an emotion to fool another. Miyu also though tends to have a side of her that she doesn’t let others see or at least thinks deep down, and if you could read her thoughts you might find it amusing how much of a girl she really is, though if not then she would appear to just be a fun loving, slightly sarcastic easy going normal person.

Description: An ability that very few have been known to have over the many years that humanity has been upon the earth, or at least for as long as they have bothered to keep track of such things. This ability is much like an inborn trait that takes over the nature of one’s elemental chakra, and body’s make up to the point where they feel as though they are within the very life blood of the planet itself. This in essence allows them to control lightning as though it was a part of their very soul. This does not allow them to manipulate and change lightning around them, but merely control it over, and within their body, replacing their very life’s blood on the inside with that of lightning. This does not change any organs or outer appearance besides their eyes seeming to have behind them lightning. It does however speed up the brains reaction, and thinking process allowing one with this ability to process, and compile information at a much faster rate, making others without this ability seem to be slow in their thought process by comparison. This ability also allows one with it to learn Raiton jutsu as though they were one style point higher in that area, for the obvious price of having no other elements usable.
Another power of this ability (Second stage) is one that allows the user to instead of see through lightning like the other majesties increase their reaction speed by stimulating the nerves within their body to the point where they appear as though they were a bolt of lightning. This allows them to react, and see, smell, hear, and feel at speeds that match lightning, along with their own physical reaction time.

Requirements: No bloodline, gained at character creation, or takes up your second kekkei genkai slot once obtained in case of another creation kekkei genkai.
Description: An ability that few have shown and many others have found to be useless for combat, it is one that allows for the user in question to manipulate smoke around them. This smoke originates from within the user, as their body pumps smoke through their veins (In addition to their blood) and lungs, heart, all organs and so forth, making them able to breathe in smoke and other harmful gas based chemicals that would normally be harmful for them to ingest, as well as have it affect their system overall without consequence. With this ability one will be able to control smoke up to fifty feet plus ten more feet per rank above E in addition to their body being able to breathe and live off of any kind of gaseous substance.

Description: Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. The Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja without substance. The copy resembles the ninja in every way. This clone can function as a distraction or as means to confuse one's opponent. As soon the Bunshin gets attacked or comes into contact with an opponent, it will disperse.

Description: Henge no Jutsu is a ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. Henge allows the ninja to transform themselves into any person or object. This allows the ninja to move with stealth or to trick their opponents. However, it does not grant one the properties of said objects or skills of that person, meaning turning into a weapon will not allow you to cut an opponent and turning into a dog will not give you a great sense of smell.
This technique can also be used in conjunction with someone, who may a person, a pet or a summoning creature, in which case it is called Konbi Henge (Combination Transformation). However, its principles remain the same.
- Name: Kawarimi no Jutsu - Body Substitution Technique

Description: Kawarimi no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique, and when in danger the ninja will quickly substitute them self with another nearby object. This can be a block of wood or even another person. This allows the ninja to quickly flee and hide while the original object takes the brunt of their opponents attack. Naturally, it won't work with another person unless their skill gap is enormous, and the object to replace one’s self with must be close in size and weight to the ninja themselves. This technique must be setup a little ahead when fighting skilled opponents; otherwise, you may end up getting struck because you wouldn't have enough time to use it.

Description: A skill that every self-respecting shinobi must have. It is based on concentrating chakra to the soles of one's feet and using it to stick to objects, which would allow one to walk on vertical surfaces and even upside down. This is also often used as chakra control training, since the soles of the feet are said to be the hardest place to control your chakra.

Description: A very basic skill, without which a shinobi would become the laughing stock of the village. It allows them to escape ropes and similar simple restraints. However, advanced knots and heavier restraints than a simple rope maybe too much for a basic skill like this to handle.

Description: A more advanced technique than Kinobori, it allows one to walk on water or other similar liquid or amorphous objects. It is used in a similar fashion to its predecessor, but the shinobi must also release a constant flow of chakra into the water to keep themselves on its surface. It is often used as advanced chakra control training, since it takes the same basic concept as tree climbing technique and kicks it up a notch.

Description: A jutsu that is just as it sounds. This technique will require but a few simple hand seals, and once it has been performed the user shall breathe in deeply, and by multiplying the smoke that user has within their own body they shall exhale a large amount of smoke within the air from their mouth, allowing for the area to become covered in smoke. The amount of smoke created depends on the amount of chakra placed into this technique, though the normal range for the smoke that is produced is that of half the hidden mist jutsu.

Requirements: Genjutsu or Ijutsu Master at C/A rank; Genjutsu, Ijutsu or Ninjutsu Primary at B/S rank; Any at A/SS rank
Description: This is an advanced skill for breaking genjutsu, however, no shinobi should be without it. It allows one to break illusions without hurting themselves, does not require any hand seals and works against stronger techniques than Kai. Since every genjutsu in essence is the opponent confusing one's five senses by interfering with their chakra flow in a specific way, momentarily stopping your chakra flow completely and then reversing it, which is what this skill is about, can break theoretically any illusion. Naturally, one's skill in controlling their chakra determines how well this will work.
Allows one to break a genjutsu of S rank or below. For the lower rank characters, genjutsu of A rank or below take one whole post to break, while genjutsu of S rank take two posts. For higher rank characters, genjutsu of A and S rank take a whole post to break, while genjutsu of B rank and below take half a post. Kinjutsu genjutsu require twice as much time, though only higher rank characters can break A rank kinjutsu, and none can break S rank kinjutsu.

Requirements: Smoke Possession
Description: A jutsu is forbidden simply for the way it affects the users body, it is a jutsu like no other. This jutsu requires no hand seals to perform, however the user must be within smoke for it to take effect. By separating their molecules and using their inborn smoke affinity the user shall merge with the smoke around them causing them in body to become like the smoke, making most physical attacks useless against them along with several energy based attacks. The one weakness of this jutsu being that the user cannot cancel it of their own accord per say, but rather they must allow for their body to return to normal over a posts span by reconfiguring their body back to normal, at which time they cannot active jutsu, and all jutsu that are affecting them at the time have their positive effects vanish as they reform, they are also weaker to attacks of all kinds while transforming back into their normal form. This form has no time limit to stay within, however as the user is like smoke, they must have to watch out for smokes natural weaknesses etc (Such not being able to move very fast as you have to have some form of enhancement or propulsion on you to move at normal speed if that). You may cast jutsu normally while in this form, however if using non smoke jutsu the chakra cost is increased by double while smoke jutsu’s chakra cost is decreased by .5 of its total.

- Name: Raiton: Ken-Shiten (Blade extension)
Type: Taijutsu/Ninjutsu

Requirements: A bladed weapon.
Description: A simple technique that allows the user to perform with their weapons with a much higher output of power. This jutsu requires no hand seals, instead requiring the bladed weapon to be in hand at the time of activation. When this is done the blade will extend by ¼ of its total amount and be immersed in lightning chakra, which will buzz, and spark around the weapon. This jutsu costs almost no chakra to maintain after activation instead causing a small drain as long as the weapon is within the hand of the user.

Description: A jutsu that requires no hand seals to perform it will instead require lightning/lightning based chakra to be present within the area. This jutsu allows for one to have a sense of control over the lightning they are touching allowing them to manipulate and move the lightning about freely so long as the spark stays active, and the user can control said lightning. This can only though at max be done for two posts straight without the user beginning to suffer from shock themselves. This doesn't work on jutsu of the users same rank and to control others jutsu it will take x3 the chakra cost.

Description: A jutsu that requires but a few hand seals to perform. It is a technique that creates a small amount of lightning in the focused spot that the user desires. This spark is strong enough to be equal to the charge of anywhere between a light bulb, or a defibrillator. This jutsu will not work on another, but may work on themselves.

Description: A technique that was created based off the chidori in order to compensate for the lack of range that one would normally have when their chidori is active. This technique takes the Chidori’s ration chakra and allows for the user to shoot out the chidori’s power to be placed into a small senbon like shape and fired from the bolt of chidori. This technique however due to the way it works has little penetrating power, and thusly is mostly used to overwhelm the enemy before closing in for the kill.

Description: A technique that was created based off of the principal of chidori, it is one that has the user expand the chidori within their hand to use in a rather unique way. The user shall take the ration chakra that would normally be concentrated into increasing their bodies speed capabilities, and spread into the air around them in a light show of lightning, that is quite potent, though due to lacking the punching power of the chidori due to the lack of physical movement it lacks the piercing power of Chidori.

Description: Perhaps one of the most powerful ration moves ever created, the Chidori is a technique that is very potent in its power. By focusing ration chakra into the users hand they shall create a spark like effect within their hand, which is in reality a hyper condensed and controlled bolt of ration chakra. The user then has several options from this point on, though being as this is a close range jutsu most would prefer to close in on their targets in a high speed fashion, which is what the second effect of this jutsu is for. As when the ration based chakra is focused into the bolt itself the user may also choose to have their speed enhanced to levels that may would view as incredible, for the price of their own vision becoming blurred to a small degree, unless of course it is enhanced in some way to allow for the bypassing of this effect.

Description: A technique that was born from the creation of the Chidori is in essence the exact same technique only bigger. The Raikiri is a technique that employs the power of the chidori but in a bigger form, creating in the same motion two chidori, one in each hand the user has the same options as the chidori as their disposal, the only difference being that their speed can increase even more so than before making them almost like blur’s when performed, though at the same cost of their vision being even more hindered unless a way to avoid such an effect is within/upon them.

Background: Miyu was born within the Wind country, in the middle of the summer on July seventh, within but a simple town almost outside of the wind country altogether, but none the less the magical boundary line still connected over her house, making her born of the wind and Sand that remains within the land of Wind. Her life however was fairly quiet for what she was born with, taking many things in stride she and her family just lived in peace upon the border, no one attacking and no one really causing any problems for them, just an average life. While this may have been enough for Miyu, whom frankly enjoyed the work, and the overall feel of her home and life, her parents saw what she did not in terms of her abilities, viewing them as gifts, unlike Miyu’s own viewing of them making her a freak, her parents viewed them as a gateway to something more. Taking the next few years until she would be of age, Miyu’s parents moved her to the village of Sunagakure, they themselves having to stay behind if only to keep her funded. Not wishing to go originally Miyu tried to escape but was caught by the Shinobi whom were sent to escort her and well brought to the village, a bet unwillingly. The days pasted and finally classes began, and with less than happy breathe Miyu attended her first lesson at the academy. Surprised however upon arrival at all the different looking people, and how others seemed to be bragging, Miyu just found a nice seat in the corner, and without further delay her first day fully began. Learning but a few of the others names, and about the different clans within the village, and so forth Miyu’s outlook upon the world of ninja made her feel actually excited about going to school here as opposed in her home town. The months passed as she had guessed in her earlier times at the academy she wasn’t viewed as a freak per say (Unless you count the other kids, but kids will be kids) but rather her gifts were viewed as more of well gift than anything else, allowing for her actually be just herself instead of having to worry about others being too unfriendly as she could always shove it back into their faces that they themselves were like her. Many years passed as Miyu learned the basics and the advanced forms of a few jutsu, it came time for her to graduate from the academy, at which times she succeeded in doing so, though it was a bit weird as she performed them in a unique way, but let’s just say she got the headband and moved on with her life. The rest of her time within the village while spaning most of her life is fairly unknown to the world, as she doesn’t like to discuss it for the sole reason that none of those whom she had known to be friends are alive to this day, as well missions and battles will do that to people, make them dead that is. Though it isn’t known to the world she was placed within a three man cell, along with their sensei and throughout it all they managed to have a few good times until one mission gone wrong during her Chunin phase all of which involves nothing special, some people attacked, and ambushed and in the process one of her squad mates went down in exchange for the escape and eventual killing of all those enemy ninja involved in the ambush later on. Though the details she doesn’t like to talk about as it made me truly know the real sorrow of the ninja world, it did make her strong enough emotionally to be able to withstand the sorrows that would be to come from the following missions and many years passing her by as the world around her lost and gained people her own life seeming to be nothing more than just a cog in the wheel, until her chance truly came to make a difference within the world, the chance to grab the position of kageship within her village, as the previous had but recently fallen in battle, she desired if anything to take the position for the sole purpose of maintaining the place that had accepted from her from own failings and allowed for her to create her own life. Taking up the others on the offer after she herself had to combat a few of the other jounin Miyu took the title of Kage, a bet still a bit shaky on how she was to help lead the village, but still confident in her own ambition, and that she still had the support of all most of the village in her promotion to the title of kageship to which she just believes it to be the next step in her life to just finding her own path within the world, well that and a job that stresses her out, but lets ignore the un pleasantness of it. | |
