Lunar, Solar, and elliptical Genkai's

Name: Lunar Masquerade
Requirements: Cannot learn jutsu outside of your style(s) [Excluding basic’s], only one profile may this ability at a time which must be of the RPC type, 4 point training, My permission, cannot have Solar Masquerade.
Description: An ability that can only be described as the very essence of the Moon itself. One with this ability has sort of a shimmer about their being, making them appear as if they had a small shine to them appearance wise within their eyes. One with this ability gains a unique chakra that allows for them to amplify and change the pattern of attacks to match that of a wave of glitter in appearance which resonates with the same color as the user’s own energy. This at base increases the users jutsus power by .5 of their total power in all aspects so long as they are illusions, or attacks that do not affect another in any sort of physical sense. One with this ability also gains the power to change the atmospheric lighting in the area to that of moonlight instead of sunlight, allowing for a perceived shift in the time of day, the range of which varies per rank, as well as a few other benefits which are listed below:

• E-Rank: Range for atmospheric lighting 10sq yards, +10% base chakra pool, +15% reaction time during Lunar atmospheric lighting.
  
• D-Rank: Range for atmospheric lighting 15sq yards, +15% base chakra pool, +25% reaction time during Lunar atmospheric lighting.
  
• C-Rank: Range for atmospheric lighting 20sq yards, +20% base chakra pool, +35% reaction time during Lunar atmospheric lighting.
  
• B-Rank: Range for atmospheric lighting 25sq yards, +25% base chakra pool, +45% reaction time during Lunar atmospheric lighting.
  
• A-Rank: Range for atmospheric lighting 30sq yards, +30% base chakra pool, +55% reaction time during Lunar atmospheric lighting.
  
• S-Rank: Range for atmospheric lighting 35sq yards, +35% base chakra pool, +65% reaction time during Lunar atmospheric lighting.

This at base increases the users jutsus power by .5 of their total power in all aspects so long as they are using physically harmful attacks, and not ones that do not affect another in any sort of metaphysical sense. One with this ability also gains the power to change the atmospheric lighting in the area to that of sunlight instead of moonlight, allowing for a perceived shift in the time of day, the range of which varies per rank, as well as a few other benefits which are listed below:

• E-Rank: Range for atmospheric lighting 10sq yards, +10% base chakra pool, +15% strength during Solar atmospheric lighting.
  
• D-Rank: Range for atmospheric lighting 15sq yards, +15% base chakra pool, +25% Strength during Solar atmospheric lighting.
  
• C-Rank: Range for atmospheric lighting 20sq yards, +20% base chakra pool, +35% Strength during Solar atmospheric lighting.

Name: Elliptical Masquerade
Requirements: Cannot learn jutsu outside of your style(s) [Excluding basic’s], This Kekkei Genkai counts as an addition to the Lunar, or solar Kekkkei Genkai, 8 point training.
Description: The final perfected form of the Lunar and Solar abilities, this ability is that of the eclipse’s. When one has gained this ability so in tune have they become with the sun and moon in sense of replicating them that it is as if their heart and their respective object beat as one (Figuratively) This is not the only change that occurs as their abilities within either the moon or the sun increase, their status bonus’s during the respective times receive a boost of .5, while their range is doubled for creating the atmospheric lighting. In addition to this they gain the ability to call upon a third atmospheric lighting effect which will make it appear as though there is an eclipse happening at the current moment, the style of which depends upon the users own parent SA, making the lighting appear as either a solar eclipse or a lunar eclipse.  In addition they receive the following boosts:

• E-Rank: Range for atmospheric lighting 10sq yards, +10% base chakra control, allows the user to apply different shadings to the atmospheric lighting effect, (Dark strokes, etc.)
  
• D-Rank: Range for atmospheric lighting 15sq yards, +15% base chakra control, Allows the user to use chants instead of hand seals for jutsu. The chants shall be three words long, per rank of the jutsu in question, (E-Rank is 3 sentences, S rank is 18).
  
• C-Rank: Range for atmospheric lighting 20sq yards, +20% base chakra control, Can see perfectly in/through darkness, and light.
  
• B-Rank: Range for atmospheric lighting 25sq yards, +25% base chakra control, Allows the user to boost their jutsu’s power by an additional .5% at the cost of 1 rank higher.
  
• A-Rank: Range for atmospheric lighting 30sq yards, +30% base chakra Control, Allows for the user to create refractions from the atmospheric lighting that appear as them.
  
• S-Rank: Range for atmospheric lighting 35sq yards, +35% base chakra Control, Allows the user to shrink the atmospheric effects range, by every 5 sq yards they decrease it their stats get a 5% boost, but only within the atmospheric lighting’s area of effect.

So basically the first enhances genjutsu, then nin and taijutsu, and then ranged attacks?

No the first only affects illusions while the second one only affects real attacks, while the third just unlocks different abilities.

Oh, ok. Well then BAM
